Answer:	As long as you can glue it to the bottom of the cup it should work. Sheets cut easy. I was able to hand cut several complicated gaskets with the product and they are holding up just fine.

Answer:	Yes, as much as any other silicone.

Answer:	I don't have any of the 12 by 12 inch 1/25 inch rubber material left but I still have a sheet of 12 by 12 inch by 1/16 inch thick rubber silicone sheet (Duro Shore A60/65) that I also purchased from Amazon. It just worked fine in opening a small jar with good grip, the surface is smooth but didn't slip on the jar lid I used. I think the thinner 1/25 inch thick sheet should work fine also. Hope that helps.
