Answer:	Not sure this answers your question but I can tell you from experience that this stuff really works. I used it on my aluminum engine top side and it's been 2yrs and my engine paint still look new to date.

Answer:	No external power is required. I ran a line from my modem to the box's input and one of the outputs to my computer. I left the second output empty, and used the switch to take my computer offline.

Answer:	Yes, but you can only run either your computer or the xbox at one time - not both at the same time. I use mine between an Ethernet connected cable box and a ROKU. I then select which one of the two I want to run. Switching to the ROKU works fine, switching back to the Technicolor cable box requires a reset of the cable box since it doesn't like network changes - but the reset is easy. Your computer and xbox will probably tolerate it better.
Question:	What sort of finish does this paint give - gloss, satin or matt

Question:	Can you use this on a wood burning fireplace firebox
Answer:	Yes especially if it is an alloy box but if the box is made of wood you might want to seal and prime it with the high temperature primer first and make sure that there are no cracks before you go over it with the rust oleum high temp paint, for best results!
Question:	Can I use this paint to spray the outside of a wood burning stove
Answer:	I bought 6 cabs and did my gas grill inside and out. After it cured, I ran it for 30 minutes without food. I have a "holder" to grill fish so I am using that for all cooking so I and not cooking directly on the painted area. If after a month it holds up, I will do test cooking on it directly for the stray cats.
Question:	Paint scratches off very easily 2 days later, even after curing at 200 and 400 degrees. Prepped with degreaser and 150 grit sandpaper. What could I have done wrong
Answer:	You did not do anything wrong. This particular paint is not durable at all, but it withstands very very high temps. If you need high heat AND durability, then you need to look into some of the high heat Cerakote and Duracoat products, which are much more involved in applying than this is. I just answered another question on here, and in that answer I mentioned watching YouTube vids of ppl using this paint. In this vids, you'll see they are very delicate w the painted objects after cured when re-installing the object in a car engine compartment, for example. The ONLY thing this paint is good at is withstanding very high heat and being applied relatively easily and cheaply. Ps. I guess I should mention that this product is sometimes sold as an "enamel" but this particular paint is not truly what you'd call an enamel. Enamel implies high durability, and this does not have high durability.
Question:	What temperatures are required to cure the paint multiple times at various temperatures in an oven? Will the final coating survive any contact with food
Answer:	24 hours AFTER painted - place in oven one hour @ 175 degrees. A second curing a few hours later is sometimes helpful.Any contact with food in either direction is bad. (part to food / food to part)Make sure wife is out of town.Cook 2 or 3 pizzas one after another to help disguise smell.

Question:	Will it bleed sharpie art
Answer:	Sharpie is alcohol ink based, and most varnishes are alcohol based as well, so the varnish reactivates the ink. You can seal your sharpie art with Krylon's Kamar varnish first, they say this is the only varnish that won't activate alcohol based inks. Then spray your uv varnish after several coats of Kamar Varnish.
Question:	does this leave a glossy finish? i'm looking for one that does not
Answer:	I use this to spray/protect my acrylic painted rocks for my garden. It is not glossy. It leaves a very light sheen, but not glossy.
Question:	Can you use this on a pair of sunglasses
Answer:	Do not use this in glasses. I bought this product to use on a picture frame, the glass on which I wanted to be uv protected.It does not coat the surface in a uniform, smooth coat which would be required for optics. It actually ruined the glass on the picture frame, as well.
Question:	can you use this to protect plastic headlights
Answer:	Yes, with caveats. Yes if you are wanting to protect new or recently repaired headlights, ie you removed the oxidation from your lenses with one of the many refinishing kits that involves sanding through the damaged layers, but before you spray any other protective product on the lens that this clear paint can't adhere to. However keep in mind any imperfections and inconsistencies in your application of this product will change the light output pattern and intensity from your headlights, which may make them less usable at night.

Answer:	Permanent vinyl, such as 651 needs to breathe. If you seal it and cover the pores it will start to peel.
Question:	I have some art work on scratch paper, can this protect my painting from scratching by other things
Answer:	It did not work for me. In areas where I had used neocolors, I could easily scratch that right off. In areas with ink, I could easily smudge with a tiny bit of moisture. It's fine over acrylics...but nothing special there either.
Question:	Can it make a chalkboard non porous
Answer:	If you want to "seal" a chalkboard that is written on or decorated with chalk or paint, yes this is perfect for preserving this type of project. However, if you spray on a blank chalkboard, you will not be able to use chalk on it. You could possibly use chalk markers over it, but not too sure how that might work out, especially if you want to wipe off and reuse, like a dry-erase type thing. Hope these suggestions help.

Answer:	Okay, according to the listing, this spray paint is supposed to be ''Satin Black''. I read somewhere that ''Cap Indicates Color'' But if you go down to the ''Reviews'' check out the 1st ''Top Review from the United States where it says shows ''Krylon Satin Black.'' Look at the photo's. That's what Satin Black looks like. I needed some Engine De-Greaser, Wd-40 & so on, plus I looked at a can of Krylon's ''Satin Black'' Spray Paint. Now it was way easier to see the difference between since at the Auto Parts Supply Store by me, they had Gloss, Satin & Flat. (Prices were the same.) On Amazon's site, I can't tell the difference. My advice if you're looking to see what Satin looks like, compared to Flat, go down to the ''Reviews''. Check out the review from ''AM7''. This person spray painted the Framing on the Glass Doors''. That's what a Satin Black looks like. The cans are supposed to say, ''Cap Indicates Color'' but it doesn't mention it. ***Note: You can't ship this product back. because it's Flammable. Don't ask me why, I was going to ship mine back in the same box so whatever... So with that said, always try & find a review that has pictures. This Satin Finish will look good for what I plan on doing. I've already prepped the surface, so as long as I don't try to get my project completed with coat, after I apply the 2nd coat, it should look great. ***Note 2: I used some ''800 Grit'' to sand off the rust spots and the rest of the old finish. I did that so you couldn't see that it had those rust spots, plus I wanted a good bond to take hold. In order to do that, you will need, (or should) to use either that ''800 Grit'' ''Wet/Dry Sand Paper'', or some ''0-Steel Wool. I also have 0000 Steel Wool. With the 0000 steel wool (also known as) 4-OT Steel Wool, it will take the original finish down to a smooth surface & your new spray paint will bond to that surface. Just remember to use a damp cloth to wipe off the particles from the sanding, or use like Windex. I plan on doing 2-3 light coats. I know from past experiences, I tend to screw up the paint job whenever I do thick-heavy coats. I also let it dry for at least an hour. 2 to 3 hours if you want each coat to dry & cure properly... I certainly hope that my comment helps out. Prepping the surface, then cleaning it along with light coats is ''KEY''. Dan

Answer:	Yes , after you remove the pealing paint, spray on.
Question:	Can I spray on the interior of an old charcoal grill that I'm trying to fix up
Answer:	I needed to do the same with my old grill. Inside the top the old paint was flakening off. After scraping I sprayed on with the Krylon. The problem was that additional flakening continued to occur and hence more flaks falling on the food. Maybe if you took the grill top off and sanded it completely then all would be okay in using the Krylon.

Answer:	It's a flat black. I used it on my fireplace insert and it dried looking like cast iron. Very nice.

Answer:	I used it on slate which is also not textured and it looks good. What’s nice is you can always add more white and wipe it off. I think it would look nice on flat brick as well. Double check their site and what others have to say though. Best of luck on your project!

Answer:	Even though this is for "brick", I dont see why you couldn't. Make sure the surface is free of debris and oils. Thr stone is naturally pourus and should be able to 'soak' up the paint. I would however not recommend it be placed on floor surfaces as it will likely come back up over time and fade from traffic. But on a fireplace and or hearth it shouldn't be a problem.
Question:	Will this work on wood? I have a wooden fire pit lid for my in ground fire pit, I want to spray this on my wooden lid
Answer:	Barely any. I broomed and used a damp sponge to wipe dust away. Then I let it dry before I started to use the product. I LOVED this product.
