| Answer: | yes, it will work, but not the best choice. Appliances are usually painted in a full gloss finish. Use Diamond-Brite 81000 gloss white paint. First you must lightly sand the old finish. to create grip. Than you must clean with "cold clear water only". DO NOT USE ANY CLEANER before painting. If you leave a film behind from the cleaner, you will painting the film, and later you may experience peeling. |

Clear warm water and a sponge/soft rag is a safe way to clean the surface. Most people would use a gloss finish to paint kitchen cabinets and wood trim. Diamond Brite gloss white is number 80000-1. |
