Answer:	Yes , The pins are strong enough. They do not need to penetrate very far to get an accurate reading. Keep in mind to get the best reading , freshly split the wood an then test.

Answer:	HiThis meter is very small, about 3" × 1.5".The probes are about a 1/4" long.It's a great little device.We use it for testing the moisture in logs and it does that very well.

They gave me a new level (the newer model) with no questions asked. I have always been happy with the levels, but now I really feel that the company stands behind it's products. Would never hesitate to buy another one, I do need the 24"....

The trick is to plonk your existing level on a existing known good level base even a window sill or bench then mark ends on sill then look at bubble placement then remove level and turn around and place back in between marked points then check bubble placement again. ( If same it's good. Note; Hi end German Stabila or Stanley engineers levels are not adjustible. This trick is for confirmation only. Another trick is to have a straight sided (no buttons protruding) cell phone and download a digital level from app store to check level status.

Answer:	Only on the vials. If there is damage to the frame I.e bent frame it voids the warranty. With that said, I dropped mine from 20ft to Concrete. Bent the ring part of the frame above the plumb vial and it’s still dead accurate. Compared it with a brand new 16” stabila box level.

Answer:	It comes with 2 really sting magnets, the only negative about this is the top is not flat, and you can’t flip it upside because you can’t see the bubble. So if you leveling over from on point to the next it has to be above where you can script on the under sides of the level . If that makes sense!
