Wasn't able to check the label for actual construction, just giving opinion based on memory.

Answer:	No, it will not. The max length it will fit is MAYBE 25 inches long, but there is definitely not enough room for the other dimensions you listed. There might be enough room for a level 2 inches thick and three inches tall but it would be tight. My Stanley Fatmax 24" level fits nicely, but that's only 24" long x 2" 5/8th tall x 1" 1/4 thick.
