Answer:	Roughly 2 1/2" inches tall by 1 5/8" wide (across the bottom). It's 1/2" on all sides. Even though I saw the same picture of it superimposed on the chisel blade before I decided to order it, I was still surprised by how small it was when I opened the package. It almost seems like it should be on a keychain. With that being said, it is a Woodpeckers product, which equates to a top notch Made in USA tool. I have a personal woodshop and can envision using it for squaring small projects or like the picture shows, chisel type tools. Plus the cost wasn't anything that made me question whether I really needed it. Quality wise though, you can never go wrong with Woodpeckers.

Answer:	I think it could be used to check 90-degree for a table saw blade, but it might be a little small for that. What I mainly use it for is to mark for joinery on face and side or edge without having to move the tool. Trying to line up a mark on one surface to mark another can be a source of error. I also like it to quick check square corners during glue-up.
