Answer:	The clear display package it comes in is considered to be the “case”. The display package opens up like a book once you cut the black band keeping the two sides together. If you’re expecting a traditional nylon case, then you will be disappointed. I was disappointed when I found out there was no nylon case, but the provided packaging works just fine for me now. Answer:	It is waterproof and will be as long as the bag stays in good shape. When it starts to show some wear with cracks, it may leak some then.

Answer:	What size bar fits on the 4" tile? I have the 12 and it won't work because it sits on the grout.

Answer:	Will fit 4" tile and that spacing. We have 4-1/4" tile and the 12" length will not fit even on angle.
Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	It will work great as long as it is a clean and smooth surface. I tried to use it on 4" tile with a little texture and the suction would not allow me to use. It was impossible to lock on due to the texture. So in short, if smooth and clean- -it will work great!

Answer:	It should have came with directions inside to set the lock, but there is a silver square on the right push and hold it to the left , while holding it pushed to the left set your desired combo once your combo is entered release the silver square. Then double check your combo to make sure it works. Start this process while combo is set to the default combo of 000 hope this helps !
Question:	Does it come with a mounting plate
Answer:	The top panel that blocks in any wraps or papers that you might store in there, should come with the box. I had to contact their customer service, because the lock was broken on mine, and they responded very quickly and we're phenomenal to work with. I highly suggest you reach out to them. I am sure they will be happy to rectify the situation

Answer:	It definitely works for Google. I don't know what a Promethean board is, so I can't answer that one for certain. However, it essentially sends a standard "next slide/previous slide" message to the Windows OS, so any application that conforms to that standard should work just fine.
