Answer:	The clear display package it comes in is considered to be the “case”. The display package opens up like a book once you cut the black band keeping the two sides together. Answer:	The number for Vive Health is in the enclosed pamphlet, 1-800-487-3808. You should have gotten that in the box if yours is actually from Vive Health.

Answer:	What size bar fits on the 4" tile? I have the 12 and it won't work because it sits on the grout.

Answer:	Will fit 4" tile and that spacing. We have 4-1/4" tile and the 12" length will not fit even on angle.

Answer:	It will work great as long as it is a clean and smooth surface. I tried to use it on 4" tile with a little texture and the suction would not allow me to use. It was impossible to lock on due to the texture. So in short, if smooth and clean- -it will work great!

Answer:	It definitely works for Google. I don't know what a Promethean board is, so I can't answer that one for certain. However, it essentially sends a standard "next slide/previous slide" message to the Windows OS, so any application that conforms to that standard should work just fine. Question:	How does the wall mount work
Answer:	The wall mount is an oval-shaped plastic unit with a retractable ~5/8" spike on the back. It is hung using the spike and then the laser unit will attach magnetically. Note that the spike lines up level with the laser, so you use the spike as a pilot hole for your first hole when mounting things. The laser will of course also work without the wall mount, you can just hold it against the wall and it works fine that way too if you're not drilling. Hope that helps!

Answer:	When I used to have a "textured" bathtub, I checked and the answer was that you do not use a bath mat, etc in a textured tub or shower. You need to just throw a bit of cleanser in there and use a scrub brush periodically. The textured finish will prevent mats and decals from staying in place correctly.

Answer:	I have not found replacement pads for purchase online. The applicator comes with 4 pads - 1 attached to the applicator and three replacement pads. The pads appear to be good quality that should last for a while with proper care. Manufacturer recommends washing with mild soap and water and changing pad once a month.
Question:	is there a tripod/stand that works with this level
Answer:	The pads are like plastic disks, about 1 and 1 half inches thick. You simply apply your lotion, etc. to use. They are removable, so I use 1 side for lotion and 1 side for pain relief cream. I wash with mild soap & a washcloth with no harm. I would think they would last you quite a while before you would replace them. Just be gentle with removing & replacing them, of course. My order came with extra pads. I saw more pads you can order through Amazon by the company.
