Nope. It is a light sensing device and NOT a motion sensing device. If it were motion, it would not matter if in 100% darkness or 100% sunlight, as motion would activate the device - and not the presence or absence of light.

Question:	Is this light on at all times at night or does it have a motion sensor too
Answer:	I no longer have the box these came in, so I don't know if the amount of lumens is listed. I can tell you the info on the nightlight itself. It says AC120v, 60Hz, MAX0.5W . The light is as bright as a regular nightlight with a small chandelier type bulb. The best part is these don't get hot. And they turn off the minute the room is brightened, whether that be from the main light or by opening up curtains. When the main room light is turned off, if you have the nightlights plugged in, they will automatically turn on. It is bright enough to guide you through a room but obviously, you can't read by it.

Answer:	No...must use the remote to set the time...however, my timer has apparently been set in a permanent "off" position, as the night light quit working after one month.

Answer:	Yes. I just bought a black one to replace a noisy old white one. The black dome knocks down the light quite a lot compared to to the white one's clear dome. I did some quick switching of the two domes for comparison and the results are obvious. Consequently, I've opted to use my older clear dome on this new black unit. The black body with a clear dome is not as attractive looking when it's off on my nightstand, but it functions a lot brighter at night, so I'll accept the trade-off. (And now I have one noisy, dim, and awkward looking black & white back-up unit)

Question:	How many lumens does this light have
Answer:	I do not know how many lumens but as a NIGHT LIGHT it is not too bright, although the white light h as I think 3 settings which get brighter. you could probably read by the white light.
Question:	I bought it a few months ago and now the charging connector stopped working. I tried several other charger cables but to no avail. Is there anyway we can fix that? Otherwise will the warranty cover it

Question:	Is there a way to dim and brighten without having to also go through the colors
Answer:	No, but it goes by quick to change through the colors. The only one that is dim, is the white, it has 4 brightness settings in white. All the other colors is just one brightness, but they aren't super bright.
Question:	I only want to use the red colour light. Is it possible to set it so that it is going to be red as the first colour whenever I turn it on
Answer:	If you want to switch red color as a first color, once you got the item first, touch the panel and then switch until red one, if you turn off it, just touch 3 seconds, at the next time, the light will be turn on at red, it has memory function, turn on the light which will show the color you turn off.

Answer:	I don't think it would because you have to plug it in to an electrical socket and I don't remember seeing anything about normal light charging it.
Question:	Can the bulb be replaced? Or are these essentially disposable once the bulb finally burns out
