Answer: The tablets are no bigger than a regular size capsule. I tried the supplement and felt fine the first month but began to develop hormonal depression, which I've never suffered from before. I stopped taking the supplement and was back to normal the next day. It says that it converts bad estrogen to good estrogen. Since my estrogen levels are normal I decided that I didn't need it. I suppose I could have tried reducing the amount I was taking. Good Luck!

Answer: No, it is not rechargeable. You have to plug it in to use it. I like to connect the mobile power supply in the tent when camping. very convenient.

Answer: I learned this as well but ours was turning off and on by itself; even without motion. Thought something was wrong with it but decided to try and replace the batteries and it works fine. When it starts to work abnormally, change the batteries and it should work fine.
