Answer:	Depends on how big your window is. But I don't see why it wouldn't work for you. I used suction cup hooks so I wouldn't wreak my woodwork. Looked great.

Answer:	No it doesn't have settings. It's just the type of bulbs that make it look like they are. But you can change the bulbs so they don't twinkle. But they are very pretty, I wouldn't change it. They don't blink like if you put a blinker bulb in the light set. I was very impressed with them.

They come with 2 thin zip ties. (You only need 1). Loop the thin zip-tie through the {top bar} on the candle that's highest and then just hang it on the suction cup nub. **The 'bar' I'm referring to are the white bars that attach the front panel to the back panel {with the lights in the middle}. ** I just pushed the suction cup onto the window glass and it holds very tightly.
