Answer:	Whatever color you buy is the color you get. It does have 8 different modes that you can change. So you can set it to a twinkle or all on or a slow dim... Hope that helps. Wires are very thin. Mine broke in 3 weeks an we had to resolder the lines back together.

Question:	The package says "do not dip in water". Are these waterproof or not
Answer:	I have them and they are waterproof. Mine are exposed to the elements. I guess what the seller intended to say is not to submerge them in water. My lights line my landscaping border, so they are exposed to water when it rains and when I water my garden. I haven't had a problem yet. I hope this helps.
Question:	Will this charge in low light areas? With low sun
Answer:	It’s charges but only stays on for 3-4 hrs
