Answer:	Cutting didn’t work for me. I snipped the last few inches of the string, opposite end of battery pack, and unsevered portion of lights immediately dimmed so much it was barely visible, abd moments later entirely stopped working.

Answer:	I think they’d be pretty but they’re not like tube lighting. Their more like tiny little light bulbs each attached to wire like the main wiring in copper color and is more of an abstract look rather than a clean straight look. I bought them for our granddaughters (who LOVE them) because they can be draped over their mirrors and act as a night light or ambiance. The different features of glow, twinkle and just lit is mesmerizing and beautiful. I’m just not sure if outdoors would hold up.

Answer:	I do not recall a warranty card in the box. I own 3 sets of 102 ft. I have had them for a full year in April. They have been out in the PNW elements the entire time...rain, snow and sun. The plastic casing over the LED bulbs are still clear not cloudy. All of the lights still work, are bright (no individual bulbs have dimmed or flicker at all). All black electrical housing is still pliable, black in color intact with no splits. The cord is more like smooth a round extension cord vs the dual flat harder cord as found on other brands. So basically at 1 year it looks just as good and works just as good as the day I put it up. Hope that helps. I would not worry about this brand at all. It’s really high quality. I haven’t bought the lights at Costco since.

Answer:	Hello, Yes, if one bulb goes out the rest of your string will stay lit up. If the whole strand is having an issue it could be the fuse, or your breaker. Thanks.

Answer:	It's not one strand it's 10 and there's about 25 lights on each it's very bright.
