Question:	How thick is this light
Answer:	I purchased the device to check to see if new windows installed were leaking. They were. From the inside, I shone the unit on the other windows and then on the new one. It showed the temperature was significantly lower (last winter) and was therefore leaking. I see no reason why you cannot go outside and use the unit to check for heat loss. However, I am not an expert. Good luck!

The batteries have lasted a little over a year before needing replacement and I did have two fail where the wire inside broke away from the negative contact, but two minutes with a soldering gun and back in business. They could be a little sturdier in construction, but overall, I've been very satisfied.

Answer:	These do not offer a low light setting till motion is detected. However Mr Beams MB 572 have the option of a "glow" feature which I think is what you are looking to achieve. I own both these and the MB 572's which I like very much. When fully activated they are not as bright as these newer walklights but they are not dim by any means.

Answer:	1 Gallon will be enough to treat the entire house. You can use 16 oz per sink.

Answer:	These dyes will fade with bleach or pool shock. We mix them with our heavy bleach soaps for house washing and the bleach will wash out the color quickly.
