Answer:	The alarm requires 12v input so as long as it is in the range of 1000 mA it should work. I used an old 12v charger at 1000 mA plugged into a Wemo switch so that I can turn it on and off at will with my iPhone, thus avoiding false alarms by moths attracted to the LED lights on the camera.

Answer:	I thought it worked based on "sidereal" time, but it turns out it simply has a sunset or sunrise calculation based on your location. Question:	where are these made and where is innogear
Answer:	yes, this is the exact situation I had. One switch to an inside light and the second switch to outside light(s). Remove the switch that controls the light(s) you want to replace with the RPLS540A. Th only thing to keep in mind is if the exiting switch plate is a standard plate for the 2 regular "toggle" type switches you will need a new one with one side for the "toggle" type switch and the other side for the RPLS540A "mod" style (rectangular shape).
Question:	Can I buy 2 more ground stakes to add onto my existing lights to increase their height
Answer:	Not sure why all these people are giving the wrong answer that nothing needs to be done. Yes, you could do nothing and leave the switch 2nd switch in the "on" position, but the instructions show the use of a jumper wire on the existing switch. If you add the jumper wire as the instructions show, you will have both switches being usable without killing power to the new timer when you switch the 2nd switch off. The other option on the instructions is to replace the 2nd switch with a single-pole switch, just make sure to follow the right path though so the timer is connected 1st. So in short, install the jumper or replace the 2nd switch with a single pole, follow the directions, and things will be much better for you.
