Troubleshooting steps or other pertinent information| 1)As per how to charge the light correctly,when charging the light outdoor, as far as possible put it on the roof or no shelter and do not put it under the shade of the trees.As for the solar panel position,please let the sun light VERTICAL exposure to solar panels in order to absorb the solar energy better. 2)As for in winter,the light had better be put under the sun for less than 10 hrs.Because the light duration is less than that in summer,the working time will be shorter than that in summer.Beside,please avoid the light and solar panel being frozen which makes huge damage to the solar light.

Answer:	Try Megabatteries.com. They have a 3.7 volt 18650 replacement battery. A bit stronger at 3100mah.

Answer:	There is an on/off switch on the underside of the solar panel. Try that. My light only lasted about 4 weeks for 2016 Christmas. Would not work this year. Junk in my opinion!

Answer:	No batteries because it's solar powered . . . they work great.
Question:	Where exactly is the light sensor located on the panel? I have one that never turns off even in direct sunlight
Answer:	We have not had to change the batteries in the year and a half we have owned them, but the lights do not stay on as long as they did originally. However, just as an aside, one of our lights literally melted from overheating because of a short or something - bizarre.

Answer:	No. It is controlled by a switch on the side. Hi and low settings.

Answer:	I wouldn't say it's waterproof, but if you leave it on and under the umbrella, the umbrella protects it from the rain. If you dropped it in a pool, I don't think it would still work. Maybe after you dried it off.

Answer:	At a minimum you would have to slide it down the pole. But either taking it off or sliding it down only takes seconds.
