Question:	How long does the light stays on in dim light sensor mode
Answer:	Mine lasted around 3 hours (3 out of 8). One is completely dead (all the time). 2 last from 30 minutes to an hour. The other 2 last a little over an hour. By the packaging, it looks like it takes 20 hours to fully charge so you can only get the maximum time every 3rd or 4th if you do not use them in between charges, and they get full sun during the day (a week or longer if they get partial sun). I'm not satisfied with mine so they are going back after 3 weeks.

Answer:	The specs don't indicate any rotation time. There is no moving part, but the lights rotate clockwise or counterclockwise by going on and off. My guesstimate from memory is that each rotation is only a few seconds.

Answer:	No, it lights in all directions. I use it on the roof of my car since the bottom is magnetic and it stays in place. I run the thin electric wire through a narrow opening in my rear window from outside to the electrical outlet/(cig. lighter in the old days). You could try covering part of the plastic cover with heavy duty aluminum foil, but I suspect it would still be distracting inside your vehicle, especially in strobe mode. It works great on the roof of the car, but there is nothing one can do about drivers behind who seem oblivious to it!

Answer:	This light actually has 7 different modes. Beside the steady mode, there are 6 varieties of flashing modes. The note in the box details each mode. I checked them out today and each one is as described. How nice it is to purchase a product that actually does what it claims to do! Answer:	Yes. You can write on the lantern with a sharpie pen. The ink might bleed a little, but no worse than normal craft paper.

Answer:	I bought a replacement plug from STL lights however it cannot change the pattern once it's changed. The wiring gauge is smaller on the plug but it still works great. Just make sure you select the pattern you want permanently before you change the plug.
Question:	Are longer poles available so the lights will be taller
Answer:	It says LED 20W and DC 12-24 V. It doesn't seem to draw much amperage in my 2003 Maxima plugged into the aux. space (cig. lighter in the old days).
