Question:	How long does the light stays on in dim light sensor mode
Answer:	Mine lasted around 3 hours (3 out of 8). One is completely dead (all the time). 2 last from 30 minutes to an hour. The other 2 last a little over an hour. By the packaging, it looks like it takes 20 hours to fully charge so you can only get the maximum time every 3rd or 4th if you do not use them in between charges, and they get full sun during the day (a week or longer if they get partial sun). I'm not satisfied with mine so they are going back after 3 weeks.

Answer:	80 is a low CRI that many/most people will find unacceptable for living space use, like the color rendition from low quality CFLs. Low CRIs cause the appearance of colors to shift. In particular you will strongly prefer not to illuminate food preparation or dining areas with low CRI lighting. Most people will find color rendition acceptable starting somewhere at or above CRI 90. For me that's 93 or 95 or luck with "90+" whatever that means. When beginning to replace bulbs, I usually buy 4-6 packs of several brands and start from there.

What kind of power cable and transformer should I need?

e.g Suppose there is a set of 4 path lights (each 3W) and 2 flood lights (each 4.5W) need to be installed in the garden, How to choose the cable and the transformer?

1. Add the individual light fixture wattages for all lights. 4*3W+2*4.5W=21W

2. The typical distance between two lights is 6-8 feet, but closer or farther is ok too. Based on the above diagram, 6 lights total watts in 0-60 should choose 75-100ft 16AWG power cable.

3. Transformer is large enough to support the Total Fixture Wattage, it should be the best usage within 80 percent of the rated capacity. So in this case a 45W transformer is enough.

Note: A transformer that is too large for the load may overdrive the lamps which will shorten their life spans.

Question:	Hi, we recently purchased the product and very satisfied. However, our dog ate the remote, how can we get a replacement
Answer:	I bought this and two other designs I like the moving colors a lot. You can stick them in the ground and they will be about 30" high. I wanted to put them on my deck nearer my sl. gl. door for viewing. It is a bit of work but I bought 3 plant pots, 8" top dia., and a bag of concrete mix. Made sure the pots had a hole in the bottom big enough for the spinner spike to go in. Filled the pots with concrete and turned them with top down, pushed the spinner spike in the bottom hole on each after an hour +/- when the concrete was set but not hard, took out and pushed in until I was sure the hole in the concrete would not fill in while curing but did NOT leave the spike in so I could replace or change spinners. Tamp the wet concrete many times to fill in all voids while soft. It's a trick to turn the pot over after filling with wet concrete. Holding a small ply over top of pot while turning over 35lbs of concrete might need four hands? You could lightly oil pot inside so when hard the concrete comes out. I just wetted mine and concrete comes out easily BUT it looks better in the pot IMHO. Now I have a weighted based for three spinners that I can put on any raised surface for better visibility. Even put on railing only 5 1/2" wide. That concrete keeps the spinner upright in strong winds. Tested leaf blower on it, 75mph? Bent the spinner pole w/o budging the base. Happy Trails

Question:	what's the gauge of the wire
Answer:	Hi Richard,the power to the last 6 landscape lights not enough because of the long wires loss some power-cause the voltage lower than 12V so they become dimming.Change a 24V transformer OR reduce the lights quantity connecting to your 12V,200 watt trans can solve this problem.

Answer:	Thanks for your question first. Please put the nut into the screw hole first, then adjust the angle and tighten the knob. PLEASE be sure you are putting the nut on the correct side in order to tighten it!! It only fits on ONE SIDE. There is an indention in the shape of the nut. That way it WILL tighten!! Question:	Do the connectors that are supplied with the lights connect easily to 12 gauge wire
Answer:	12 lights x 10 watts = 120 watts to run all of the lights. It also depends upon the length of the run. You never want to run the transformer at peak output so I suggest a 150 watt or 200 watt transformer. Wattage = amperage x voltage so 120 watts divided by 12 volts = 10 amps. These will run on ac or dc. I suggest using an ac transformer and you can run smaller wire in your system. A 14 guage extension cord should work just fine and is an inexpensive way to go. You can buy a 100 foot cord and cut it to the desired length or just buy 14 guage twin lead like lamp cord. Most low voltage wiring is a heavier guage wire to run dc current but it is not overly expensive. The smaller the guage wire, the heavier it is. 12 guage is heaver than 16 guage. I think the connectors that are supplied will work better on twin lead flat lamp cord or landscape wire better than the round extension cord. On the round cord, you will need to cut at every light and wire nut the connections. In ac transformers, they are rated in VA or voltage amps which is roughly equal to a wattage rating, so a 200 VA transformer has an output of about 200 watts, actually a little more. If you operate the lights at a higher voltage than 12 volts, you can use smaller wiring. The higher the voltage the smaller the amperage thru the wiring but these lights do have an upper voltage limit, probably 24 volts. I have also used this same light in 110 volt setup and they are very bright. You can visit a stained glass house nearby and get them to cut small circles of amber or colored glass to lay on top or siliconed to the clear lense around the edges to add color to your landscape. Amber gives a nice accent. If you have a sprinkler system, the clear glass will get pretty crudded up with minerals over time. Bar Keepers Friend, a powdered cleanser similar to Ajax, does a good job on cleaning. Don't use Ajax, use Bar Keeper's with a damp rag and light pressure to clean. Xalic acid in the cleaner does the job well, then rinse. Excellent cleaner for you porcelain or stainless steel sink too. Most grocery stores and some Home Depots carry it. Home Depot also has the wiring and transformers or order thru Amazon. Hope this helps. mr electro

Answer:	I do not believe there is. I had my neighbor who is a union electrician install the backyard lights. They are absolutely beautiful. However they only come with the stake being one size. so I think the only way to make them higher would be to add wood to the bottom of each pice so the the black stake can go into the ground not as deep.
