Answer:	NO. The connection is a screw, not a threaded tube for a 1/2" plate mount. The included screw is metric though and my existing mount had english threads. Had to also swap out the existing cross-mount plate. Included screw is also short and easy to drop and lose. Plan on trips to nearby Ace hardware.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean but the light is really bright and comes on when someone is near. All you have to do is put it high enough so no one can reach it. I have one one on the second floor bedroom window and on on first floor above my window both are facing my driveway they both come on when anyone walks there it shows both sides of my cars. I also have a survailance system with 4k cameras to view. My neighbor and I each have some. We had problems with breakins to vehicles but since we got those non on our Street You would have to ask an electician about that.

Answer:	This is an ambient photocell sensor and cannot be turned off. If you want to control the ligjt being on or off you can wire it into a switch. When the circuit is open the light wont turn on. When it is closed it will be auto sensing again.

Answer:	I measured mounted mounted light from ground without step ladder. It looked like 3 1/4 but it very well could be 3 1/2". How bout switching out the box? It's an easy job and they can be found cheap.

Answer:	It uses 200w to light the entire fixture...all 3. But to clarify, the fixture picture that came with your question shows 2 bulbs or what I will call 2 panels. There are 14 individual led/bulbs per panel for a total of 28 in the picture...but it still only uses 200w to light both panels. I have the 3 panel/150w/13500 lumen fixture and it is awesome. 150 watts producing 13500 lumens and it works as advertised. We use it to light 110'×75' parking lot on the side of a building and it's perfect for us.

Question:	The motion sensor doesn’t seem to work, even with lux off
Answer:	I mounted one of mine underneath the soffit and it did not work well. The sensor has limited range in the upward direction. So when you have it mounted underneath a horizontal surface It ends up pointing mostly at the ground below and detection is ridiculously poor. I don’t recommend this fixture for such an application.
Question:	how long does it stay on
Answer:	"Switch Controlled" simply means this item is not controlled by any type of day/night or motion sensor. It is turned on and off manually when needed by using the light switch on the wall.
Question:	Is this waterproof? I have seen complaints about the bulbs filling with water. The wall I need to install on does have exposure during storms
Answer:	Mine is at the peak of my house which is about 25 ft high. Unit casts an amazing amount of light from that height. In fact, I don’t think I would want it lower.
Question:	Can this be mounted in the ceiling of the soffit
Answer:	Not sure of your question? I replaced an old light so there was a junction box to attach to. If no j-box, how would you support and if outdoors, how would you keep it dry? If new unit in new location and not a replacement, I would strongly suggest use of a junction box.. I'm just a DIY'r and not a lic. electrician... I'm also assuming it's going outside...

Question:	Does the case come in white
Answer:	Because the bulbs are not replaceable they're sealed and therefore waterproof. The unit as a whole comes with a gasket that you install in the junction box and makea it weather tight. Over time, the material degrades and it becomes necessary to replace it.
