Answer:	It's going to depend on how often you use it. I have not gotten more than a year on the rooms I use every day. Make sure you don't over tighten that tiny screw on the battery door! Terrible design that makes it very easy to strip the screw.

Question:	Can I use 2 bulbs at same time with a socket splitter to get more brightness replacing a 1500lm led bulb for a big bedroom
Answer:	It should work fine since each bulb will have power. With the bulbs being right next to each other, You’d have to try it and see if they have any interference between each other. If it does work, you could just make a scene that turns them on with the same color and percent, so they come on and off as if they were just one light.

However, when you have the light switch off there is no power to the bulb and therefore it cannot be turned on with the Hue button (or any other device). Also, you can set the 'power-on behavior'. If you set the power-on behavior to on, then you turn off the light switch and on the switch the bulb will go to the power-on behavior. So if the bulb is off and the Hue button is too far away, you can turn the switch off and then on and the bulb will come on.

Answer:	I’ve used mine in an outdoor light fixture with no issues. Hot summers, cold winters. Also use hue color bulbs outdoors.

Answer:	Yes it does, and adding them to google home is easier than the other answer thinks. Once added to the ue app, just open google home app and add it to a room. I tend to use the widget for the hue app myself. just tap a button (icon) to turn them on and off without all the talking.
Question:	What is the difference between st119 and a19 (unsure which vintage bulb to get
Answer:	They both have the same e26 threads. The 19 means diameter in 1/8 of an inch, so 19/8 or 2.375 inches. The A and ST refer to shape. A19 is the size and shape of what was the most common incandescent bulb that we are used to. The ST is taller than the other. My experience with the ST19 is that the threads are a little shorter than most and will not fit in a lamp if the collar of the lamp is a slight bit taller than others.
Question:	Will this bulb work with a dimmer switch
Answer:	The other answers to the question are not entirely correct. Philips Hue lights DO work with dimmer switches, BUT your dimmer has to be set and remain at full brightness. If you attempt to lower the brightness with your dimmer switch and not the app, the lights will freak out and not work. It needs full power. When you get smart lights, your light switches basically have to remain in the “on” position and at full brightness all the time, unless you replace them with switches designed to communicate with smart lights.

Answer:	Yes. Dimming might not work though. I have mine set up for our nightstand lights (non hue) with the hue button. Mapping the button to the plug was super easy, and just by assigning the plug to the Master Bedroom I can say "Hey Google, turn off bedroom lights" and it turns off my hue lights in the bedroom and these Hue plugs. hope that helps!

Answer:	You can but adapters on Amazon that’ll tie or extend strips.

Answer:	I'm not sure about that I believe these work specifically with the extensions that are sold separately. If you're looking for a super super bright setting then yeah I would recommend finding a way to connect multiple but once you get a look at one of these in person you'll find that it's very bright just the one on my living room TV lights up my entire living room
Question:	does this light strip work with razer? The razer app mentions a bridge
Answer:	Yes, it does. Sync your Hue Bridge to Razer Synapse and you can select any hue lights using that bridge to work with Razer Synapse. All the same options you've come to expect with your razer peripherals are available to the hue lights you've selected, including syncing with videogames. Just be sure if you want to sync to external media, like videogames, you download the associated razer app. So, as an example, to sync to Overwatch, there's a separate overwatch add-on you download thru Razer which enables it. It's actually really cool and works surprising well.
