Answer: Yes you can! I was able to connect all 4 strips together to create one long strip. All of the colors and functions will work IF the connections between the strips are good. If the colors don’t match after one of the joints it means one of the R G B connections is bad (I had this problem with one of mine and had to go back and fix it). One side effect of connecting all 4 together is that the brightness of the LEDs at the end of the 4th strip are not as bright as the ones in the 1st strip.

Answer: I do not know what 'Fulton' flashlight is, I own 4 old style flashlights and lantern more 10-15 years. All American made. (before nowadays LED ones). I use the new 3V bulb on my 2 batteries flashlight, 4.5V bulb on a 4 batteries lantern, they work, the 3V one is little brighter then the old bulb, the 4.5V mush better on a 6V lantern, did not burn out. since it is Led, I am sure last longer.
