Answer:	I have an Echo dot gen 3 and purchased these bulbs last month. Got them connected easily and they worked for 3 weeks and now Alexa cannot discover them. I tried to leave a review on my purchase, but the message says they’ve noticed unusual reviews on this product so they won’t let me leave one. Guess everyone is having the same issue.
Question:	Can you control a fan an a light of the brilliant two gang keypad
Answer:	Just got these for Prime Day deal. You need a hub to take full advantage of voice control (Alexa/Google). Otherwise, you need to set them up via Bluetooth for Alexa which means the Echo device needs to be within 30 feet of the lights. Even my Echo Dot 4 feet away from the lights, the operation of the bulbs is hit and miss. Worked bout 85% of the time. The rest of the time the Echo said it couldn't communicate with the lights. You can also use the Philips Hue (Bluetooth) app. For the price, I really was not impressed with the functionality of them. Also purchased some LOHAS Smart LED bulbs (got 3 bulbs for the price of these 2) and those work great. The LOHAS are both Bluetooth and Wifi, with no hub needed at all. Cant really recommend the Philips as I don't want to purchase a hub. Will most likely return these as the LOHAS bulbs work way better.
Question:	Do these exist in 5 gang size
Answer:	I have one that came with my Echo Show 10, it paired with the Echo Show and the other Echos can control it no issue. But you have to have an Echo with Zigbee function - that means the older Echo Plus, or the new 4th gen Echo or an Echo Show 10. If not, you'll need to use Hue's hub and use the Hue skill to link to your Alexa network. Of the choices, I recommend the show, because it gives you visuals when installing. however most my smart devices are wifi using the Smart Life app and intergrate using that skill.

Answer:	Yes if the regular bulb is dimmable, but smart bulbs can'be dimmed by smart dimmer.

Answer:	Yes. But make sure that they are all on the same circuit. I have 10 led bulbs at an average 8 watts each and as long as the total wattage is within the design spec of the dimmer, it should be fine.

Answer:	I can’t figure out how to get the remote to work but the app is called Ehome light. It works if you connect it to Bluetooth.

Answer:	Not sure if I undertsand you correct. You need to install nothing if you buy the LED Strip. You can plug it to into the US outlet. You receive everything what you see in the picture.
Question:	Can you use these for Xmas tree lights
Answer:	Put the square black box in the sunlight more, if this does not work, you might have a short.
Question:	Is this compable with a ios alexa dot
Answer:	brand has nothing due with the outcome all strip series led ends or same but the power plug only gives out so much amps and with the one included just watch and see if dims a little or not ( i did not purchase kit so not sure the amps ) but if have a power supply that has more amps you can connect more ive been installing forever and even with good supply 5 would be most feel comfortable at most probably 4. just keep eye on brightness if dims wouldn't do because means over working plug and will get warm maybe hot in time
Question:	can you cut part of the strip off if it’s too long or will that cause the whole strip to stop working
Answer:	you can get a adapter to plug into end of 12 volt wall plug power basic cheap supply like in kits and place separately through out house., the 44 key color change if mattered having remote can get 5 pack of the remote and end online usually about ten bucks for 5 pack. the pre assemble kits are handy and great if never wired simple things before. if able getting slopes separate can get alot more if get strips just them and shop around thousands of choices for power supplies for one strip or many along with remotes so many ways to control them and more for cheap as stuff cost could get few solo roles and learn worse case only couple bucks a roll if buy without power
