Answer:	The 3 volt lithium battery the person at the top is talking about is for the remote. One comes with it. The candles take 2 AA each so for a set of 9, you’ll need 18 AA batteries. They (batteries) last a LONG time, if you’re going to buy some the Amazon AA batteries are a good choice and economical.

Answer:	It uses a small ir blaster to be mounted on the ir of the device. I've tried to custom wire in the ir port of another cable box, no luck. Hope this helps

Answer:	When you point the remote in the direction that you place them. They turn on at the same time. Not sure about the distance, never tried. Mine are grouped together. I have four on one side of the room and four on the other. Mine are on a timer. They all turn on one after the other, like a half second after the other. So I’m guessing the further apart. They should turn on only when remote is directed to them.

I have that problem with my TV computer monitor set-up on my L-shaped desk. A monitor and TV both operate on the same frequency. All I do it get the remote close to the device and in an angle so when operating the remote it does not control the device I don't want to operate.

Answer:	Using the remote you should be able to press the light mode and this should stop the flicker. This only works on the smaller candle in the set I received. I like the flicker so I didn't send them back. But if the light mode doesn't work on yours you should contact Amazon and maybe send them back if you need that feature. How to illuminating the Candle

Move the OFF-ON switch on the bottom to ON. The candle will illuminate until you manually move the switch to OFF.

ON-OFF button: Illuminating the Candle On=Off (Note:Before you use the Remote Control, switch the ON-OFF button to ON at the bottom of the LED candles).

TIMER: set On/Off Automatic Time feature, set to 2Hours/4Hours/6Hours/8Hours.

Mode: Candle-Flickering Lights; Light-Non-Flickering Lights.

Brightness Control: Left button to lower the brightness Right button to increase brightness.

1. This candle is made of real wax and is flammable. Do not attempt to light this candle.

2. Keep out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and out of extreme temperatures or your candle may soften or melt.

Question:	Reviews of some brands say the "flames" make a clicking sound. Do these
Answer:	Great question! I was worried when I bought my second set, but I set all of the candles with the same remote (start time and duration) and they all turn on and off perfectly every day! So yes! One remote, even though you will have one with each box. (Stashed my second remote Incase first gets misplaced)
Question:	What is the radius of the candle
Answer:	they seem to have to be line of sight. You also have to be within about 6 or 8 feet for them to come on. The ones I have won't turn off by remote unless I'm within about 4 feet of the candle. Also, the timer function on the ones I bought are sketchy at best.
Question:	any idea where I can get a second remote
Answer:	The short answer is yes, let me explain, if you notice most devices are ship with tag between the battery and the connection. Because there is what is called a trickle effect. So when the lights are off, the battery is still connected, of course it is a very very low lose of battery life, it still happens, however not like leaving the lights on 24*7 I use the timer on the remote that seems to work without issue as I have them in my den. this should prolong the life of the lights battery, but not completely stop the battery from losing power. Question:	When not on is the plastic flame really noticeable and look fake? I want to use these in elevated floor holders that sit next to an unused fireplace
Answer:	No. There is no hole. The bottom of the candle is the battery door. It is recessed about 1/8 inch if that helps.
Question:	Can you control each candle differently? like turn on one candle, turn it off, and turn on another candle
Answer:	Yes, six per package. I had mine since early January this year, not even opened, and when I did open them in late November there were 2 that were cracked and not usable. The outer "candle-like" tube is actually real wax and is not very sturdy. I would NOT buy these again, and went back to my old ones. Just glad I didn't throw them out in January when the new ones came.
Question:	What's the range of the remote? Can I use it in a cruise cabin, and turn on one in the bath from the bed
Answer:	I only saw them in paks of 6. I'd be very careful - I bought mine last year after Christmas and when I opened them up last month two of them were cracked. There's a long, thin metal tube inside a wax tube, and you put AAA batteries into the metal tube. I had also bought suction cup holders to attach them to the windows, but the holders broke some of the was tubes and gouged some others. I wouldn't recommend these at all. Hope this helps.
Question:	I'm looking to put on a candle holder that has a small spike on the base because it was made for wax candles. is there a little hole on the bottom
