Answer:	As I recall there is a tiny black button on the bottom of the candle with ‘Auto’ ‘off’. ‘On’. When you move the button to Auto.....say, at 6:00PM when it actually is 6:00PM.....it will light and stay lite for Bn

Answer:	Wow, strange that we have different answers on this one, but I have to go with "Yes", they are definitely made of wax. This is what makes them look so realistic. Like regular wax pillars, they will also dent and scratch, so be careful with them! Mine are still going strong on the same batteries since early May of this year, and I do leave them on the timer setting, so that is 6 months so far.

Answer:	Double-A batteries are needed in the candles. A small thin circular battery (2025, L think) is used by the remote. I also bought a similar set and the remote battery was already installed. I assume it's the same for this set also.
