Answer: Not I didn't. I just wanted a reasonably priced light with the USB outlet. I had for a while and it has worked great. The 3 light levels are great. If you need the Ottlite's feature for natural light to match colors then I get the Ottlite.

Answer: Very flexible. The arm bends to adjust where you want it to light.

Answer: I paint, and I use the lamp on my work table/taboret where I have my watercolor palettes, so color is important. I find the light it gives off to be nearly neutral, slightly tending towards cool. I usually use it at its lower of its 3 levels because I find the highest level a bit harsh. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this lamp.

Answer: Hi there. I have the Hue Bloom which is very close to the Go. It casts a warm light on the wall like an accent light. The LED's give the same effect but more pronounced. I use the Bloom on either side of my TV and they look great! Hope this helps and have a great day!
