HOW TO-

The Lightview is really lightweight and is simple to put together. It comes with only four pieces that snap into place with each other easily, and also includes a simple instruction diagram to show how the parts fit together.

The On/Off switch is conveniently located at the top of the gooseneck, near the lens. The lamp is plugin operated and works with 110v - 220v outlets; you would just need to use a plug adapter to use it outside of the US, as the plug is made to fit standard US AC outlets.

LED DETAILS-

The lamp's height can be modified between 33 inches to as low as 4 inches over the surface of your table or bench. It has an outward reach of up to 42 inches.

The lamp weighs approximately 6 and a half pounds and is very portable, and the clamp opens up to 2.5 inches wide. It only takes up two inches of desk or shelf space.

The Lightview works only with 110v outlets but is safe to use in 220v outlets with a 220v-110v voltage converter.

EASY OPERATION AND SET UP-

Coming in just two separate pieces, with an included instructional diagram, the Lightview Pro is very easy to put together.

Answer:	Hi Louise, I wish I could help you. That is probably the only problem I didn't have with the unit. Since you have only had the pot for 7 weeks, I would return it and put the money to another unit. This time I did my research and am very happy with the unit I have now. Good luck.
Question:	Is this a table lamp? I need something to sit on a table to do needlework
Answer:	I have the XP1500, which its fits. If you go to the Krups website and look at replacement parts the xp1500 carafe is model MS-620171 and the XP1600 is carafe model MS-623432. They look different, I don't think what you're looking at will fit a xp 1600 try goggling MS-623432. Good luck.

Answer:	The water reservoir is made of plastic and the filter holder is plastic. This I've found is typical of other coffee makers including Krupps. The caraffe interior is stainless.

Answer:	Well, it's hot enough to brew good coffee, but the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long. Krups suggests rinsing the carafe with hot water before starting the machine. I never do as I program it to come on automatically earlyin the morning.

For the installation steps of the window film, you can directly refer to the installation details on the product details page. I will also give you some practical installation steps , I hope it can help you. Important installation tips for You: Step 1: Make sure your windows are thoroughly cleaned. Step 2: Spray the windows with a lot of soapy water, the more, the better. Step 3: Measure the exact dimensions of your windows and carefully cut the film to the right size. Step 4: Remove transparent backing film from backing protect sheet, and spray a lot of soapy water onto the back side of the static film. Step 5: Pick up the wet film by the top two corners to paste the wet side of the film onto the wet glass, smooth the film with hands. Step 6: Spray the water onto the surface facing you, use the squeegee to remove extra water and air from center with proper strength. Step 7: Make sure the four corners are steadily adhered to the glass, trim off the margins Step 8: Rewet the the surface of entire film and remove all the bubbles, wipe out surface water with a lint free towel. Answer:	It depends. You can try. I would try to lift a corner and see if it will come up easily. If so, lift the film a few inches and spray more water on the glass and see if you can get the bubbles out. If it works, peel it back half way and redo that area. Adding a couple drops of dish soap to the water helps, too. I removed a couple of bubbles in the first few days this way.
