Answer:	This is made in India. I don't know where the wool is from. I was very pleased with the rug...it took about 3 weeks to ship from India. It is a beautiful rug, no smell or shedding and first quality. There was a slight crease in one side of the rug, I took a steam iron to it from the back and it has disappeared.
