The Tree is plugin operated; just plug it in and you're good to go. The power button is a convenient foot switch pedal located on the lamp's cord. It serves as the dimmer too; the initial tap turns the lamp on at 100% brightness, a second tap dims it to a pleasant 50%, and one more tap will lower your light to an ambient 25%. CHARGING AND OPERATION:

1.When the switch is at the ”LOW” position, light intensity should be lower; when the switch is at the “HIGH” position,the light intensity is higher.

2.Charge the solar product by placing it under direct sunshine for at least 8 hours.

The Jacob weighs about 15 pounds; it's sturdy weighted base prevents the lamp from tipping over.

It is very easy to put together, as all necessary hardware is provided in the package, along with an easy-to-read instruction diagram. It is 64 inches tall and the heads rest at approx. 47, 54 and 61 inches high on the stem.

Each head is individually operated using the switch located on the back of its head. They can only be operated separately, unless they're being controlled by wall switch or smart device. This lamp works only with 110v outlets but is safe to use in 220v outlets with a 220v-110v voltage converter.

ALEXA AND WALL SWITCH COMPATIBLE

With technology always on the move, we're working to bring the best and brightest to everyone. The Jacob works with wall switches, as well Alexa and other smart home devices, but it needs to be connected to a smart plug to work that way. If you do not already have one, you will need to purchase one separately.

Once you have the Jacob set up and the plug connected to your smart home device, you leave the lamp in the on position and let the technology do the rest.

You can even set it the exact way you like it, with each head on or off and angled as desired, and have it remember its settings.

LED BULBS INCLUDED

When you purchase the Jacob, the package includes everything needed for assembly, not other tools needed! Assembly takes minutes; just follow the included instruction diagram. We've also included three 9.5 watt power saving LED bulb in the package for your convenience.

They have a natural 3000 Kelvin color temperature with 800 Lumens and the bulbs will last for years before it needs to be replaced.

Our bulbs are not dimmable, but you can switch them out with smart bulbs if desired.

The bulb base must be an E26 base and it cannot exceed 40 Watts per socket, but can be any shape.
