I am not an expert in makeup, but I hv dry skin and do not use powder on top of foundation. It has a natural look and finish. I do use a light moisturizer before the foundation though. There is pigment in the product, it seems to activate while you are rubbing, I think it is more of a gimmick than anything, choose the color closest to what you typically buy, if you are light, buy light, I wear nude, beige, natural beige from Revlon typically, I bought medium. I think I could have also used light medium, maybe.

Question:	Can 150 watt tubular halogen light be used instead of 150 watt incandescent which doesn't seem to be available in A19 required size any longer
Answer:	They are still. My son likes to move the turtle in to a different position every night so that the stars are in different spots. He loves it so much!
Question:	Can you buy just the bowl on top? Ours broke and we just want to buy the lamp shade bowl thing on top
Answer:	No it does not. ...I wish it did though, because this lady bug is just so perfect except for that.... it stays on for 30 or 45 minutes something like that... and you can set it it to just one color or to rotate the colors. I love the red color reflecting on my girls' pink walls. It's so pretty. .... Please note our older model "purple turtle" does not have a function that rotates the colors ( and does not have same colors as the ladybug) , but it too does not stay on all night.
Question:	What kind of bulb do I need to use? I tried a standard bulb and a non-dimmable 40w/60w/100w 3 way bulb. Neither bulb functioned at switch's low level
Answer:	No, it does not! It shuts off after 45 minutes after it was turned on. I have a night light in my kid's room so when Cloud B goes out, there is still some light there:)
Question:	what is the voltage of the item
Answer:	Please use the USB cable to charge the device for 3 hours after receiving the product until the indicator light turns green. Remove the cable, clean the manual and other items inside the mixing cup, double-click the power button to turn it on. If the mixing cup cannot work with sufficient power, please contact us and we will solve the problem for you.
