Answer:	I have a 2 part answer. YES it will co witness but depends on the mount that you have and which Pop iron you have. My setup is MBUS gen 2 front rear and my 403c is sitting atop a solid acw 1.4 mount. If you want lower 1/3 co witness then you'll have to but a higher mount like 1.5 inch. I have it absolute co witness with my MBUS pop up irons. Your mileage may very depending on your mount and your MBUS pro's. Good luck.

Answer:	It’s a picatinny and a weaver style base. There’s two clamp up bolts so you will need a total of 3 valleys and 4 hills open on your picatinny. The clamp bolts will fall in the forward and aft valley with the middle valley not used.

Question:	Does the neck twist in every direction
Answer:	I don't move around neck area much. I had one similar to this one before. When I moved around neck several times, light was no longer connect. Broken! This type of lamp is easy to broken. I have two of them has been broken and in a closet. I don't know how to fix it. I may look for some solution to fix it. My suggestion is it may move 360 degrees as you wish but I would not suggest you to do it. If you want to use it for a long time keep it as one direction.
