Question:	What is the purpose of Fighting Five
Answer:	All our oils are 100% pure therapeutic grade oils. They are accepted to be used by naturopaths, aromatherapists and natural practitioners. The internal use question is one we get quite often. Because many people use essential oils for self-medication, we have to be very careful with the freedom given people in this respect. We do not know what medications, quantities and allergies people may have. . Essential oils are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering it. This is supported by the International Federation of Aromatherapists that does not recommend ingestion of essential oils unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical aromatherapy.Due to this purity we don’t recommend using essential oils internally. The mucous membranes (the skin inside our cheek, for example) is much thinner than the skin on the outside of our body, which allows for more rapid ingestion of essential oils. The risk of adverse reactions increases when used in this way, especially if the essential oil has strong safety concerns. Answer:	I have given this oil to several people to try. To answer your question, I have not found a pain it did not help. I cannot be without it.

Answer:	I use a small amount of almond oil (considered a carrier oil)...but any oil will do. I use almond oil for it seems to soak into skin withou feeling greasy. And then 4-5 drops of the muscle relief....you can use whatever amount you want for the warmth you want from the mixture. Depends on how much I am hurting on the amount I use. My skin is sensitive for I have to watch how strong I make it. My husband can take a stronger amt.

Answer:	I've used mine all up , but I do not remember wintergreen being that noticeable ( like I thought it would be) this I know : it was very helpful for my sore muscles. It actually seemed more mildly scented than other brands that I've tried , but worked just as effectively

Answer:	Not floral at all. Wintergreen is the top note, peppermint a little. I can't smell the helichrysum at all.

Answer:	Hello. This blend smells amazing:) it's one of my favorites. You can't put it on the base of your neck where your spine meets the skull. Temples or wrists. It's very gentle and does not irritate the skin at all. Great in the diffuser also
Question:	Does anyone know whether I can mix this with another oil to make it smell just a little sweeter without losing effectiveness? I use it in a diffuser
Answer:	I actually use this Relaxation Synergy Blend with my essential oil diffuser/humidifier. I put about 4-5 drops with 300ml water. You can mix it with a carrier oil like coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, or castor oil. I prefer the jojoba and coconut oil for massages. You only need very few drops as it has a strong scent. 1 drop + 3-5 tbsp of carrier oil. You can also use it for essential oil diffuser locket necklace. You can either put a drop or mix it with carrier and put a drop or two in to essential oil pad to put in the locket necklace. Hope this helps and answer your questions. Enjoy!
Question:	Can I use oils in my Steam Humidifer, have no difuser.. Humidifer has tiny area put meds on top, hot air blows over. Or mix with the water
Answer:	This particular oil does not. However please note that in the U.S. FDA regulations does not have to state this on labels if under a certain percentage. (Latin derivative is merely a translation of the English word so it is not necessary) merely an opinion, not fact for it being a true oil if only has Latin derivative. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is this the same as, say YL Thieves oil? What does the "Four" mean? Does it have other oils added? I am new to all of this so any info would be great
Answer:	They are KIND OF similar... I think it's probably the Patchouli that is in both. Relaxation is more of a Lavender/Chamomile base where Stress Relief is a more fruity/citrus sort of smell. Relaxation is a bit softer, but I love both equally! I use them in my diffuser at night.

Answer:	Sneha C., yes, they can be. I have been using Eucalyptus EO, and Stress Relief in both a tea candle diffuser, & a diffuser purchased from a friend that uses a small lightbulb. Both have been wonderful. The candle diffuser I used water, & the lightbulb diffuser I just added the EO to the melted wax that had no scent left.Enjoy & good luck to you!

Answer:	Hello, it really depends on your how big is your diffuser, I have a large diffuser runs about 8 hours and I put 6 drops set it and forget it. I like strong smells in the small room diffuser I never put more than 4 drops only lasts 4 hours and shuts off. To get mine just right put three drops let go for awhile and smell add to or leave alone. I always diffuse lavender at nightime and is always 4 drops. Hope this helps thanks for asking.

Answer:	yes Thieves can be used that way...I suggest getting the plug-in diffuser & pads from Eden's Garden and use it that way. I sometimes simply open my bottle of Thieves and take a whiff or two into each nostril. I've also spritzed the air with it after mixing with water in a spray bottle. So try it in your humidifier and see what results you achieve.

Answer:	Doterra trademarked the term....paid for it. It's there trademark. It has upset Crop Watch for years. They feel it's deceptive marketing. Other companies have adopted the term. There are therapeutic ' compounds' ..ranges and levels....theraputic ' dose' which is usually 3 x the recommended dose on the label. Since there is no recommended dose on an oil label this cannot apply. Doterra has their own board that grades their oils....they gave them a grade A for purity , ect and dubbed it therapeutic grade. Answer:	It depends on what you will be using the spray for (room freshener, cleaner, etc.). For most purposes, you can add 60 drops of Anxiety Ease to 2 oz. water in a PET plastic or glass spray bottle. Depending on the desired strength of aroma, add more or less oil. Shake and spray!

Answer:	Yes, Anxiety Ease can be used on children over the age of 2 years old. It can be inhaled or used topically if diluted at 1%. 1% dilution = 5-6 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier

Essential Oil 101

Essential oils are obtained from plant parts using various methods, the most popular being distillation and cold-pressing.

Commercial fragrances that you might find in room sprays, fabric fresheners, candles and perfumes often contain inexpensive, synthetic fragrance compounds. Even essential oils claiming to be “100% pure” may contain chemicals such as phthalates. When it comes to essential oils, quality and purity matter because an adulterated oil (or an oil of subpar quality) will not make as great an impact as a pure, high-quality oil.

Dilution Chart

Essential oils are potent and powerful, meaning you must exercise care and caution with each use. To prevent overexposure, dilution is an important step in using essential oils safely and effectively. To dilute an essential oil, choose a carrier oil and dilution rate that fits your needs. A carrier oil is an oil made up of fatty acids and is non-volatile. Fractionated Coconut oil, Grapeseed oil and Sesame oil are all examples of great carrier oils.

Question:	Is the entire board (both sides) acid free or just the coated side? I have been told that some types of boards are only acid free on one side
Answer:	Our oils work great in diffusers, topically with a carrier oil or lotion, homemade soaps, massages, personal essential oil inhalers, etc.
Question:	For those who use these for fabric storage, would knits work as well as wovens? Do you think I could glue 2 together to hold 2 yards of 60" wide knits
Answer:	I don't really know but I doubt you will loose the effectiveness but why don't you contact them directly on their site. They are great and there is so much info on their web site.
Question:	Is the matte or glossy side supposed to be against the magazine when storing in the plastic ? Thanks
Answer:	Yes if there is a tray for meds. Should be no problem. I have a Green Air diffuser and it has a tiny little flat place on try inside of top lid and that is where my oil goes. Just remember to clean unit often. In my Green Air I wash with vinegar and water. If it gets built up it can damage the motor in the bottom some way.

Answer:	I would say yes absolutely. I have blended these two together in another carrier oil. This just makes it easier already blended. I love these two together and perfect for anointing.
