The 1st control method

Control range: 30-50 ft

The 2nd control method

Click the button to turn on/ off light.

When turn on the light, press the button to adjust the brightness,the brightness will go down, then up to MAX.

When turn off the light, press the button will go to “re-match”status. the light will flick. please refer to “re-match” function.

How to "re-match"?

After plug in the power, turn on the light bar(to make sure all the connection is right).turn off the light(just click the button on the dimmer, all the connection is still fine),

press (about 3 seconds)the button on the dimmer to go into the "match" status, then press the on/off button on the remote.

The dimmer is in "match" status when the strip is flick, the "re-match" is done when the strip changes to constant on. try to control the light bar with the matched remote.

Question: What is the measurement from ceiling to bottom of shade
Answer: The light does not time out if it turned on my motion.
Question: Does this work on vaulted ceilings
Answer: If you wire them to a wall switch they will come on high whenever you turn on the switch. To dim you will have to use the motion detector. There is no on/off switch on the unit itself. BTW when the power blinks they come on on high unless hooked to a wall switch.
Question: Can you get this is another color
Answer: Yes, you can put different types of tubes in the fixture. I'm using 4 of these fixtures with UV tubes for an exposure box to expose platinum-paladium prints. You will want to keep the diffuser/cover as blue/black/UV tubes can get hotter and may cause problems.
Question: My ceiling is 7 feet. Can the rod be cut down or can this be surface mounted with out the extensions
