Answer:	I did it myself without taking the Fan down, was pretty easy. Just make sure you turn the electricity off at the circuit breaker before you start.

They will print a return form online that you can attach to a box and return them, if possible. Answer:	The mounting screws come with the fan. Your fan needs to come with a switch housing cap in order to be able to change or add a light kit to the fan. The screws that attach this cap to the fan are used to attach the light kit to the fan. So on how your fan switch housing cap gets attached is how many screws you would have.

Answer:	An electrician installed my fan, so I don't know about the wiring. It does not come with a remote control, but he did install a remote control over the wall light switch which can be kept on the nightstand for convenience. The remote control is a little tricky when it comes to obtaining the desired level of light in the room. Just keep your thumb on the button, and the lighting will dim and then slowly brighten up the room. Release your thumb when it reaches the desired level of light in the room. For the fan portion of the remote control, there are buttons marked "0", "1", "2", & "3". The "0" turns off the fan. The other numbers represent the speed of the fan.

Question:	What kind of ceiling medallion is better to match this chandelier? Is there any recommendation
Answer:	Three related answers:1) The light cover is tricky to remove (it's held down pretty tightly in place). To remove it, put your both hands up on either side of the fan body and slide your fingers into the gap between the two metal cylinders of the fan body. Using your fingers above to anchor your hands, press the cover up towards the housing with the heels of your hands, and rotate the cover counterclockwise a little bit at a time. After moving it 5 or 10 times, maybe an inch at a time, it will come off. Do the reverse to get it back on.2) If all the lights are out, check the fuse first. The fuse cover is up under the bulb cover too; it's a small black cylinder that that screws off. After we replaced our fuse, all four lights came back on. It's a 1 amp, 250 volt fuse, the small kind (it's 2 cm = ¾" long).3) Once you've got the light bulb cover off, the piece of the fan body that holds the bulbs (and fuse) comes off pretty easily, with quick-release plugs for the two wires.

Answer:	This is NOT the LED version. The LED version has a new model #, it's CF955LWW. (the L in the model # indicated LED). The LED version is new for 2018 and is not in stock yet. It should be available around mid-March.

Answer:	The other answer is WRONG. The remote 200% dims. You just keep pressing the light button and it dims slowly. Keep pressing and it slowly gets brighter.
