Answer:	It is not rated for that but I have had mine in a bathroom for 2 years and it has been fine so far.

Answer:	Multiple variables apply to that question... if your dwelling was built after 1980 it's likely that it will bevery easy. Connect the white wire to the white wire connect the black wire to the black wire. Other variables could include comfort level working with hand tools, or standing on a ladder. I have an old house and the wiring was a little tricky but it took me about an hour and 15 minutes start to finish... not exactly a handyman but I have pounded a few Nails, and turned a few screws my time. There is plenty of information online to make it easy. I love my fan, and I wish you the best of luck.
