| Answer: | On my patio the fan is protected, to some degree, by the patio's roof design. We have a lot of wind here often. I have not seen an issue yet but if the blades are exposed to direct wind I believe these would break like others you've had. You probably need to look for something other than wood for the blades and even then they'll need to be fairly rigid. Hope this helps. |
