Answer:	Since it’s been months I’ll post an update for everyone trying to get one after X-mas & New Years. So, they will be “restocking” and selling PRE-ORDERS. But they sell out in 20 min or less (at least it was that long for me). I was lucky and was awake at 3am (PST) for the pre-order sale and bought mine. I bought from SHIP & SOLD BY AMAZON, not a 3rd party, bc there’s been problems and reports of them switching out the battery for older versions. And paying $350+ ain’t worth it no matter how desperate you are. No this is NOT limited, it’s SPECIAL edition. Meaning there will be restocks in the future! Question:	If I set my worries down in front of this fan will it blow them all away
Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Question:	Can this fan be flush mounted to the ceiling? What is the distance from ceiling to bottom of housing
Answer:	These fans are not quality and the company does not have any warranty. I had 378.00 in two fans that would not put out any air and they would not even offer to replace them. They simply said that they had a problem with this fan but refused to do anything about it. My fans ended up in the trash after just three weeks of just looking good but not doing anything else The blades were plastic.

Answer:	The company says 4650 cfm for the 20". I like this fan and I'm running a long-term experiment to see how it holds up against a same sized Air King. The B-Air moves the air but don't expect whisper quiet.
Question:	How wide are the fan blades? From tip to tip
Answer:	It is about 6 1/4 inch give or take and the length of the blade is about 8 inches.
Question:	Does it come assembled
Answer:	The only thing that needs to be assembled is the mounting bracket. Other than that everything else comes assembled. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I tried to stack them and found the setup unstable so I thought they were unstackable. But then I flipped the lid so it fit tighter and I may have switched which one was on top, and then they stacked just fine!
Question:	is the ceiling rod adjustable
Answer:	The storage container is not stackable, but 12 oz cans can be stacked to 4 high, or 12+ cans.
Question:	Anyone else notice this fan has a constant humming noise? I have the larger one in living room and is super quiet but unhappy with this one
Answer:	It fits a pop can exactly so if you compare the two that should help. The diameter of the can will change the number of cans the bin will hold.
