Question:	The picture doesn't show a hanging chain to turn the light and/or fan on and off like most ceiling fans - how does that work
Answer:	There are actually 2 chains. One for fan speed and one for the light. We have ours hooked up to a dimmer switch with 2 separate slide controls for speed & light.
Question:	When the fan is flush mounted to the ceiling, what is the height from ceiling to bottom of light
Answer:	I'm going to have to disagree with the previous person who answered this question saying it was 13". I have the normal extension on the fan and the overall height is a hair over 14". The official spec says 14.25". It would be pointless for the extension to only add 1.25". A rough guess with the tape measure shows the extension between the base of the canopy and the fan adds nearly 3 1/2". So I would say the height is somewhere between 10"-11". Most people may not care about a two or three inch difference, but I'm mounting a projector behind the fan and every little bit counts to ensure it's not blocking the picture. I plan on ordering another one and flush mounting it. I will measure the height and report back.

Answer:	Mine is not even noisy, just a slight hum. Hint: If you have not purchased a remote control for your fan and you don't want hanging chains to control the light and the fan, you should get the remote before you install the fan. It is much easier to do the wiring of the remote transmitter (into the fan housing) before you install the fan on the ceiling.

Mine came with a shorter extension, which I didn't use, but which would shave a few inches off that length. I can't tell you precisely how much shorter it would be, but at least a couple inches.

Answer:	The specifications are listed with the faucet. Look in the info at the bottom. If you can't find it-the height from the counter to the top is 13.75 inches.

Question:	Can I purchase brown blades for this fan
Answer:	The description says the blades are reversible. That usually means each side has a different color (i.e. brown is on one side of each blade).
Question:	Can I purchase a 6 ft downrod and angle mount
Answer:	You can angle mount and I think it has enough wire for 3 feet I don’t know about 6 feet. The instructions says if you have high ceilings use a longer down rod but not included.
Question:	We just installed this fan. The fan works, as in the lights and fan are on. However, the remote control will not work? The 800 number was not helpful
Answer:	You can try to make sure the receiver is properly wired correctly. If it properly wired then the receiver or remote might be bad. You can get a new one off Amazon or try calling seller see if they can send you one.
