| Answer: | The only thing I know of that these wouldn't work is because you haven't set your hoop to that hoop on the machine itself. It works fine on my Pfaff Creative Vision 5.5D and is one of my favorite hoops to use, but you do have to be sure you choose the right hoop for the machine and your design itself has to be set in the 8x8 hoop sometimes from your pc software. Try opening your design in embroidery editing software (the one you may own) and switching it to that hoop, then save again and take it to the machine, choose the hoop on the machine and your design and hopefully it will all work out well. If not, return it, or write to the people who make this hoop and see if they can help you get it working. |

The heat exchanger will get covered with minerals from the water over time and cuts down on the efficiency of the unit. This valve system simplifies the hookup of a pump in a bucket of white vinegar which you them hook up and ciruculate through the heat exchanger for approximately 45 minutes. note you put the pump in a 5 gal bucket of vinegar. install a water hose between the pump and the inlet connection of the heater. use another hose to connect to the outlet connection of the heater and run to to the bucket so it will be reciruculated as noted above 45 minutes |

| Answer: | The only thing I can think of is did you push the hoop in until it clicks? I know that’s a dumb question. On the hoop icon, when you tap it can you find the metal hoop on it. If not your pfaff dealer should be able to fix it. Otherwise the hoop might be defective. Have you checked your other hoops to see if your machine recognizes them? |

| Answer: | The packing box this hoop came in states that it is made for the Pfaff/Viking. It is compatible with machines: Same as #821 034 096/ #920 362 096 that is what is written on the box. The model # is VK362. I am a Pfaff owner & it fits perfect. I think Pfaff & Viking are interchangeable but I am not positive. I hope my answer has been of some assistance. |

| Answer: | I have used this hoop with great success on my Pfaff sewing/embroidery machine. The packaging states for Pfaff machines, so I don’t believe it will work on your Baby Lock. |
