| Answer: | I am not all that familiar with this tankless heater but would assume it works the same as all others and the valve should work great. Not it is for maintainence of the the heater. The heat exchanger will get covered with minerals from the water over time and cuts down on the efficiency of the unit. This valve system simplifies the hookup of a pump in a bucket of white vinegar which you them hook up and ciruculate through the heat exchanger for approximately 45 minutes. note you put the pump in a 5 gal bucket of vinegar. install a water hose between the pump and the inlet connection of the heater. use another hose to connect to the outlet connection of the heater and run to to the bucket so it will be reciruculated as noted above 45 minutes |

| Answer: | So it is possible you just got a faulty pulse ox. BUT.... a lot of different things can affect it reading. 1. Make sure the batteries are good (try swapping them out). 2. This pulse ox does take about 10-15 seconds to read, possibly longer if your hands are cold, you have nail polish on, or you are moving. 3. As stated above, if you are moving around while wearing it, are wearing nail polish, or have cold hands it will struggle to read your pulse and oxygen levels. All pulse oximeters that affected by these things though. So try removing nail polish, warming your hands up, and sitting still. 4. While a pulse ox can read your pulse and oxygen levels in basically any position, it’s best to have your hand at heart level. This allows for the most accurate and consistent reading. If you try all these things and it still won’t work you probably have a defective one. I’ve bought multiple of this one and other models and have got a defective one now and again. Amazon does make exchanging pretty easy, FYI. |

| Answer: | I've attempted straight blade swapping before and the motor drive is matched to the blade size. Putting "too big" blades taxes the motor and it doesn't turn efficiently or as fast and the motor makes noise. I suspect it overheats and has a shorter life but I just swapped back when I saw the results. On the fan with "too short blades" it rotated very fast but outside of that seemed ok. |

| Answer: | I am not exact here, but the 10 1/2" spec is approximate for the bottom of the fan motor body without the light. Add the light and you are between 18 1/2" and 19" from the ceiling to the bottom of the light lens mounting screw. I just measured this now and if Hunter states 10 1/2" to the bottom of the fan body, I will state that is correct. If you are mounting the light, plan on 19" and you will be good. Of course this does not include the chain controls which can sometimes whack me in the head as I walk through the kitchen. I am a tough critique on ceiling fans and I will say this little fan is attractive and throws a lot of air. I have two and have yet only mounted one, but the first one is as rock steady as many other higher priced brand fans I have installed in my past and current homes. Buy it and I do not believe you will be dissappointed for a small space fan. Just ensure it is installed properly to prevent wobble; this includes not overtightening the blade mounts, which many people do. |

The one that I received (today = 14 Apr 2020) has a brand name of Heal Force - not ClinicalGuard. I think this one may be a knock off. Looks like a place in the packaging for a lanyard also - but none was included. |
