Question:	What kind of ceiling medallion is better to match this chandelier? Is there any recommendation
Answer:	Three related answers:1) The light cover is tricky to remove (it's held down pretty tightly in place). To remove it, put your both hands up on either side of the fan body and slide your fingers into the gap between the two metal cylinders of the fan body. Using your fingers above to anchor your hands, press the cover up towards the housing with the heels of your hands, and rotate the cover counterclockwise a little bit at a time. After moving it 5 or 10 times, maybe an inch at a time, it will come off. Do the reverse to get it back on.2) If all the lights are out, check the fuse first. The fuse cover is up under the bulb cover too; it's a small black cylinder that that screws off. After we replaced our fuse, all four lights came back on. It's a 1 amp, 250 volt fuse, the small kind (it's 2 cm = ¾" long).3) Once you've got the light bulb cover off, the piece of the fan body that holds the bulbs (and fuse) comes off pretty easily, with quick-release plugs for the two wires.

Answer:	There are actually 2 chains. One for fan speed and one for the light. We have ours hooked up to a dimmer switch with 2 separate slide controls for speed & light.
Question:	When the fan is flush mounted to the ceiling, what is the height from ceiling to bottom of light
Answer:	I'm going to have to disagree with the previous person who answered this question saying it was 13". I have the normal extension on the fan and the overall height is a hair over 14". The official spec says 14.25". It would be pointless for the extension to only add 1.25". A rough guess with the tape measure shows the extension between the base of the canopy and the fan adds nearly 3 1/2". So I would say the height is somewhere between 10"-11". Most people may not care about a two or three inch difference, but I'm mounting a projector behind the fan and every little bit counts to ensure it's not blocking the picture. I plan on ordering another one and flush mounting it. I will measure the height and report back.

Answer:	Mine is not even noisy, just a slight hum. Hint: If you have not purchased a remote control for your fan and you don't want hanging chains to control the light and the fan, you should get the remote before you install the fan. It is much easier to do the wiring of the remote transmitter (into the fan housing) before you install the fan on the ceiling.

Question:	How do I tilt the light/fan? It tilts down on one side
Answer:	There is a LOT of improvement, but it is difficult to quantify, Courtney. I replaced my tea-stained bowl (came with the fan) to get more light + I HATED the orange looking light it gave off. I did use halogen bulbs (lots of heat, unfortunately....but lots more light (lumens) than the frosted incandescent bulbs that came with the fan.) I put in 3 60 watt candelabra-base halogen bulbs that I found online and I would say that the light in the room almost doubled and I am sure this bowl helped some (and at least my room isn't "orange" anymore).....but it does, in fact, diffuse the light and sorta "kicks it upward". BTW-I wanted to install 75W halogens and then watch the lamp bases like a hawk to make sure they could handle the (15% above spec) heat, but Casablanca told me there is a sensor in the controller that will shut the light down if one tries to exceed the max allowable wattage...so I didn't get to "cheat". :^( Good luck with your mod. I LOVE the cool-running, super-efficient LEDs actually; and I have replaced all the bulb$ in my can lights throughout the home with them. The manufacturers keep coming out with more choices and if I could find 60w or higher equivalents in a candelabra base that would fit inside the fan light bowl I would sure "give 'em a try".

Answer:	It is approx 11.5 ins. I would use 12 in. As a guide.
Question:	How far down does this hang from the ceiling? I have a low ceiling and dont want a haircut lol
Answer:	It depends on how low your ceiling is. I have ceilings around 8 ft and a tail person would have to be careful to avoid it.
Question:	How far down from the ceiling do the blades hang
Answer:	The blades are at about 9 inches, from ceiling to the lowest point. Total hight once istalled is about 12 inches from ceiling to the lowest point (lamp).
Question:	Is the light led
Answer:	I just answered my own question. The LED lights in this fan cannot be replaced. I called Lowe's Harbor Breeze customer service department at 1-800-643-0067 and they confirmed this. If you want a bright light, you don't want this fan.
