Everything was perfect, with the exception of one fan: it was almost impossible to attach the LED light fixture to the motor housing. However, we are really pleased with the fans. Question:	How can I order with a 7 to 8 ft drop rod to match the fan
Answer:	I would say the finish is downright shiny. Definitely satin nickel over brushed, and honestly, maybe even toward the realm of polished. It's not a mirror/chrome-type finish, but more much more shiny than brushed.
Question:	Can it be flush mounted
Answer:	You CAN hook this fan to the wall switches... I find it frustrating to see people say no and giving misinformation. The fan comes with a receiver and remote, all you have to do is bypass the receiver to get it to work on a light switch, i.e. connect your red wire from the ceiling (which is your live light wire) to the blue wire coming from the motor of the fan. As long as the fan exposes the blue (live light) wire this technique will work on most fans with remotes (I have done it 3 times now on different brands/models - the only time it hasn't worked is on a fan that hid the blue wire inside the motor). This fan exposes black/white/blue from the motor so this bypass will work. Just make sure to cap off the blue wire coming off the receiver, and your good to go.

Answer:	Im not sure if you are asking about size, but these did not fit the fan that I had already hung. Where the original blades screwed into the base, these were much smaller and did not align with it.

This fan needs to be installed on approximately a 13 foot ceiling as this industrial ceiling fan must be hung with the blades at least 10 feet from the floor. This ceiling fan hangs down 33 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the blades.
Question:	What length extension tube cones with this fan
Answer:	The Widespan fan comes with a 24 inch down rod and that is maximum down rod length that can be used with this fan as this fan only comes with 30 inches of lead wire. You cannot shorten the included down rod.
