Answer:	There are 3 light settings (4 including OFF), which you can cycle through by tapping the power button. Each setting is just a different level of brightness (low, medium, high). The 3rd and brightest setting is supposed to be the one that delivers the intensity appropriate for light therapy. However, if still plugged in (charging) during use, each level of brightness is even brighter than it would be normally, so what was 'medium' unplugged would be more like what you see on 'low' when plugged in. That being said, the brightest setting is your 3rd setting when plugged in. There is a lot of range between these settings so I've found it to be a perfect desk lamp at work, for reading, light therapy, you name it. This is especially the case since the lamp angle itself is so easily adjustable.

Sometimes electronics such as this which require power all the time to operate don’t work well with CFL or some LED products but it is dependent on how the plugs are wired inside. It is difficult for us to know about all the different products and wiring, therefore we simply cannot recommend their use with our products as it may result in shortened product life or performance issues. Answer:	I do believe so. Its been awhile nce opening up the package. I believe it says on the bulb handle carefully contains mercury vapor.

Answer:	The 6.5K is a reference to the Kelvin temperature of the light, while the 10K on the product SKU on Verilux website is a reference to the average hours of life. Ultimately, the bulb should be the same if the bulb is the CFML27VLX(10K).
Question:	Replaced bulb in my Verilux desk light and it still does not work? I noticed when the old lamp quit working I could smell a burning electrical odor
Answer:	Not to sure if the light failed or not. A burnt out light doesn’t have a burning smell to it. It most likely was the switch that failed.
Question:	My bulb is stuck in the lamp - any ideas how to loosen it so I can put in the replacement
Answer:	one is there metal spring metal clamps at the non-plug end of the bulb holding it up. That makes it hard to remove. Also check where the lamp plugs into the power connection for a possible clip to keep the plug latched in the lamp socket. These lamps do get hard to come out at times but try also wearing some rubber gloves to grip the bulb tightly and as your pulling it out try moving it slightly side to side to help wiggle it out of the lamp socket.

Answer:	I can't tell you in ounces, but they don't weigh many of them. Very light weight, versatile and durable shoes...my favorites.

Answer:	no idea what you mean on the first question. on the second question, yes, the insole can come out. i doubt it could be used in too many other shoes as its quite thick (and comfy). the insole is as thick as the bottom of the shoe. its the only croc that i know of with this amount of cushion and thus its the most comfortable. my foot is size 12 and the 12 didn't fit. i bought 13 when the first pair wore out (folded down the heel and they work as slippers). the 13 was too tight too so i folded the heel down again. shoe works fine like that. not good for running but i would not run in these shoes anyway. they fall apart if you do too much side to side motion. as walking shoes they are my favorite and last a long time. the fabric where my left big toe is wears out and a hole appears after a year. both shoes did this. perhaps i have a motion with my left toe that is unusual.
