Answer:	They stay in sync if they are all put into that mode at the exact same time - with one button push. I have a set in my foyer chandelier bulb base screws down into the socket, so with those, I have to get halfway up the stairs so I can point the remote down on all (5) bulbs to get them to sync. There I have to try a couple of times before they all respond at once. But when they finally do, its really neat. All colors, sequence, color tones, & speed of color change are all the same. HOWEVER!!! The set of (4) I have in my kitchen the color sequence is different. (2) bulbs match and the other (2) match each other. Speed, tones colors all match, but (2) start on a different color than the other (2), thus the pairs never show the same color at the same time. Strange. I am not sure of the colors in the (2) sets as I am at work and not home right now. But, I can tell you that it is not only (3) or (4) colors. I would say they rotate through all the colors on the remote. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The remote battery is still working after about three months. The bulb is not battery powered, just screws into a normal socket.

Answer:	Um... i can't really tell how many watt there is. I use it in my dark room and it light up my room fairly well. Some setting allow you to change the bright level of intensity (about 3-4 level dimmer or brighter). not bright enough to read or do desk work and not bright enough for living room. it's fine for a small to medium size room. hope it help.

Question:	What if the original ceiling light fixture had the switch on the fixture and I replace w/fixture without a switch, will these work to turn it on/off
Answer:	Unfortunately, Sense is only available in the United States & Canada right now. We are unable to support other international installs, at the moment, as the system is designed to work in 120/240VAC split-phase systems. In the future, we are definitely looking to expand to other countries, so stay tuned!
Question:	Can the lamp sockets also be controlled by the Smart Life app as well as the remote control and if not do you offer such a product
Answer:	While Sense is able to monitor ATS-supported generators or 400A split-service panels, it is not currently possible to monitor both at the same time with the flex sensors. In your situation, you could monitor both panels of the split-service or one panel and the generator, if the generator uses an automatic transfer switch. Please note that Sense does not currently support generators that use a manual/mechanical interlock.
Question:	I need a second remote switch for two sockets. one for the enterance to the bedroom i and one by the bed. where do i order one
Answer:	While Sense store and process some data locally, this capacity is limited. In order to function as expected, it is recommended that Sense is consistently connected to your wifi network. In the future, we would like to develop a local-only solution, but we are not quite there yet.
Question:	Can I buy a replacement switch and pair it with my existing sockets if it gets lost or do I need to buy a whole new set
Answer:	There is not a functional difference between the Sense Flex monitor and Sense Solar. Both of these comes with the second set of sensors that can be used to monitor solar production, split-service panels, ATS-supported generators or a dedicated circuit.
