That is a big difference in lifetime."The box", by the way is a cardboard pack with 12 individually boxed bulbs, not the annoying bubble pack where all the bulbs fall out when you remove one.

Answer:	I have this same issue. I’m replacing a set of older LED light bulbs with this product for stronger lights. My older LED bulbs don’t have this problem, but this product does. The electrical installation must have some issues for sure (It has two switches: the root switch can terminate the glowing but the remote switch doesn’t. I guess the remote switch must be leaking a little bit), but I would also blame this light bulb, because the other LED is fine. I’m returning this product for this reason.

Answer:	I’m gonna be honest with you I could never get more than one to work at all either so after a week or so I got frustrated and sent them back and ordered more but the Sengled brand and they work perfect with Alexa and the Seinfeld app so if you cannot get them to work maybe do what I did, hope I was some sort of help

Answer:	Dear Customer,  There are two ways. 1.In smart life app you can put 4 bulb into same group, turn if on or off together. 2. Once you have the bulb set up using the free smart life app, you can ask Alexa to discover it. Then, within Alexa, you can add the bulb to any groups you want. I have different brands of bulbs within Alexa's groups. I have this bulb within several groups. Alexa will group them any way you like. If you have 4 bulbs within a fixture you could give the fixture a name and then add the bulbs to it. For example, I have a kitchen fixture with 3 bulbs. I call it the "kitchen light". I can voice control it as kitchen light alone, or as part of the group "downstairs lights". Or as part of the "all the lights" group. Alexa's capabilities are pretty amazing.
