Answer:	This product is rated to handle 100 watts of LED and CFL or 250 watts of incandescent and halogen line voltage lighting loads. As long as the Bistro lights fit these specifications and are not low voltage with a transformer, then this dimmer should be able to control them.

Answer:	Yes, if the LED can be dimmed. This is a very smooth operating dimmer. When you slide it to the lowest brilliance of the LED, the slide encounters the very slightest barrier which you have to push a bit further to actually turn off the bulb. If you don't slide to the very end, the LED just remains at very low brilliance!

SINGLE POLE/3-WAY CIRCUIT INSTALLATION

Manual Control

At the low end of the dimming level when the light starts to flicker, fine tune the dimming performance by turning the adjustment dial counter-clockwise so that the light output is stable. Set your slider to where there's no hum or flickering on light fixtures.

Screw-free wall plate

Install the dimmer and mounting frame with the tabs facing down. Put on the screw-free wall plate after tuning the adjustment dial.

Trouble shooting

1: Light flash in the whole dimming range

a. Check the lighting/lamp is dimmable or not

b. The lighting fixture is not compatible with our dimmer

c. Most dimmable LEDs and CFLs will not acheive as low level as incandescent or halogen sources.

d. Control a group of lighting fixtures/lamps with one dimmer may cause flicker due to variation of dimming circuit and dimming range. Please use dimmer to

control lights/lamps in the same type or same model.

2. Light flash in low dimming range

a.Slightly turn the adjustment dial counter- clockwise to achieve full compatibility with the lights

3. Get dimmer list from light bulb/lighting fixture's supplier to avoid compatible issue with our dimmer, a broad dimmer list means less dimming issue, such as flicker,buzz, or flash issue, also, better buy FCC compliance lighting product for stable performance.

Answer:	We tried to use this to dim to a night light. It was not that dim for LED. The infosheet for a similar product from LUTRON says 300 W should not be used for LED (http://pdf.lowes.com/operatingguides/027557390811_oper.pdf). Answer:	You need to be using "dimmable" bulbs, either incandescent or LED, but not fluorescent. If you are using dimmable incandescent or LED bulbs, I believe there is a slider control (switch) somewhere on this switch to choose either incandescent or LED. That needs to match your bulb type.
Question:	I installed the switch as well as dimmable led bulbs. they work on the dim setting but they blink from half all the way to full power, any ideas
Answer:	I've had similar issues and took it up with Leviton on their website. They initially just asked me to send it back to them, but I stopped short stating that I didn't particularly want to "finance" that. So they did send me a replacement unit and a prepaid shipping label. The replacement one is "better", but sometimes it still goes into flicker or as I call it "spazz" mode. They have asked me for the exact bulbs I'm using (Ecosmart Classic Glass Bulbs from Home Depot) but nothing further from them. I use those same bulbs in (2) other fixtures with Lutron LED dimmers (Model# TGCL-153PH-WH and Model# CTCL-153PR-WH) and they both have worked flawlessly for about a year. Never a single flicker. Bob
Question:	Where is the locator light
Answer:	Mine has a green LED at the top of the toggle switch. It is almost impossible to see in the light, but when the room is dark, it is visible without being disturbing. It comes defaulted to OFF. There are two micro switches on the front of the switch, which are hidden once that switch plate is put on. The top switch has an A and B position. A (the default) is for LED and incandescent lights. B is for CFC bulbs. A second switch, lower down, is for the locator light. Set the switch to ON if you want to use the light. Set these switches before you put on the switch plate because the plate covers these switches.

Answer:	As I don’t use these for photography or use them where an accurate color rendering is essential I did not care to know or find out this information. So bottom line, don’t know.

Answer:	It just covers one. So if you have a standard 2 wall outlet you should be fine. It can go in the top or bottom outlet leaving on outlet available.

Answer:	You can plug the dimmer into a multi plug stand and it works. But the dimmer only turns on/off your lights if you plug it into a Kasa smart plug.

Answer:	"Inline light dimmer switch works with up to 100 watt dimmable LED / CFL bulbs or 300 watt Incandescent and Halogen" It is a standard today to refer to "equivalent light output" on LED bulbs while with incandescent light bulbs the "light output" and wattage are equal - a 300 watt light bulb consumes 300 watts of electricity. A "100 watt LED" light bulb uses 23-30 watts of electricity. The industry is attempting to switch to "Lumens" instead of watts as a light output measurement but the general public has not really caught on yet.

Answer:	I'm using this with two 12.5W Soraa High-CRI "Vivid" series LED PAR30 4000K bulbs (total controlled load: 25W) and it is the finest dimmer switch I've ever used. With the "Advanced mode" custom programming (Technical document: www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/048459.pdf) to adjust the "low trim" (dimmest point) I can get these bulbs to be on and stable at only
Question:	Can this handle dimming LED lights all the way down so they are actually dim, like the incandescents? Yes, I have an LED light bulb that is dimmable
Answer:	I have the Wafer 6 in. White Integrated LED Recessed Kit that Home Depot sells. They say they can go down to 10%.. I had another switch in previously that the lights wouldn't dim down as far and would turn off randomly when dimmed down all the way. If you use the adjustment feature in this switch it seems like they go down to that no problem. I've been running them for a day and no flickering or turning off. If anything changes I'll leave an updated comment or update this answer. Two factors you'll need to look at: 1) what is the LED bulb rated to go down to 2) Is this dimmer compatible? If your LED bulb says it can do it try many different dimmers until one works :)
