Answer:	The box the bulbs come in has a table showing operating voltage, lumens, energy consumed, and lifetime.At 130 V the lumens are 370, energy 40 Watts, and life 1500 hours.At 120 V, the numbers are 280 L, 36 W, and 3900 Hr. That is a big difference in lifetime."The box", by the way is a cardboard pack with 12 individually boxed bulbs, not the annoying bubble pack where all the bulbs fall out when you remove one.

Answer:	I don't think so. The knob fits onto a modified circular post. Looking from the top, picture a C laying on it's back with a straight side connecting the two "ends" of the C on the top. Hope that makes sense. The knob has this same shape, so not a full circle to go onto the post.
