Answer:	IMO serrations are only ground on one side of the blade. I only draw the opposite side over the sharpening steel for a touch up. Works to a point. Serrations can only be correctly sharpened using a round file type sharpener with a smaller radius than the serration grooves. Each groove is sharpened individually with the sharpening tool passed in the groove perpendicular to the blade

Answer:	It is a HONING steel. It keeps already sharp knives sharp. It is an edge maintenance device. If your knives are dull, no amount of honing with this will give you a sharp edge. For sharpening, you need to remove steel from the edge, which this will not do. Have your knives sharpened professionally ( it's cheap) then use this to KEEP them sharp between sharpening.

Answer:	These are easy to reach and stand on their own when placed on the shoe back.
Question:	If you cannot bend over, how do you reach down to pull the shoe horn back off of your shoe
Answer:	Since you cannot bend over, I would have someone drill a hole in the upper portion of the handle. Attach a string to it so you can pull it out while standing. I have to stand to put my shoe on, but I then sit down to tie my shoe and remove the helper.

Answer:	I really love mine. It is great for under a jacket. I can bunch it up around my neck, for extra warmth. I did have to move the buttons. The were sewn on to the wrong side but that was an easy fix. It is not like a puncho that is all one length, it is a scarf the you can button down then front. After I switched the buttons I have been very happy with it.
