Question:	I ran 4 cycles with 4 oz. each time with bleach/dishwasher soap in between. There are no black specs only a green tub ring. R the jets clean yet
Answer:	Hillary. It doesn't do any good to run bleach/dishwasher soap in between cleanings with Oh Yuk. Bleach and/or dishwasher detergent can't remove the type of soiling in the jetted tubs plumbing system. It sounds like your jets are clean since you don't see more debris or specs in the tub. On the green tub ring, I'm not sure what could cause this. Do you have an acrylic tub? You could try different cleaning methods to remove the green stain. Try 409, rubbing alcohol, Lime & Scale or CLR. DO NOT MIX THE CHEMICALS TOGETHER, try them separately.
Question:	Should I keep using this if I am halfway through my third bottle and have used this each time consecutively? Brown-green sludge comes out each time
Answer:	What I understand is the method to clean, is to first fill tub will hot water above jet line and drop in 2 doses of dishwasher soap and run for at least 30 min (since this is dishwasher soap, low suds). This loosens the gunk / sludge. Drain the tub and refill with hot water. I follow the bottle directions and use 1/4 of the Oh Yuk bottle and run the jets for 15-30 minutes. Drain. Then fill with cooler water and run for 15 min. This is the rinse cycle. Then it should be good. I have used Oh Yuk for some time and clean my tub every 10 uses. Since I am the only one using the tub, I know the residue is just body oils and and sludge that grows in the jets. I also run my bath exhaust fan for 1 hour after using the tub to help in drying the water in the jets. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The smaller the particles the better it is. It will filter out more bactiria and keep.it clearer. Try and stay at the minimum range size.

Question:	is one 50# bag enough for a standard 55 gallon aquarium
Answer:	I used mine for exactly that purpose and will post a pic of it in my review. One 50# bag will fill a 55gal tank to an avg depth of about 2 inches. For most people, this is sufficient, however, I think I need more for planting and aquascaping. It is really beautiful and cheap silica sand for aquarium purposes.
Question:	What color is the sand. I'm not using it for a pool. Im using it as aquarium substrate
Answer:	That's a great idea. I have a refugium in the sump that grows plants and the sand actually grows a little algae making it have a natural peppered look. I'd have to take a close up of it. Question:	Why couldn't this be cut to fit a 15" tub
Answer:	A reactive glaze is frequently used in ceramics, stoneware and pottery. These kinds of glazes are also known as variegated or mottled. They take on a "special effect" of color and are not solid or flat looking. On these dishes, the reactive glaze gives some of them a slight blue tint around the edge and gives the center sections a cream and light brown swirl. No two dishes are alike but they are not so unlike each other as to be obvious to the observer. It's only if you pick them up and examine them against each other that you will see they are different in shading. Answer:	No it is NOT Dishwasher safe in my experience - even when put on the top rack of the Dishwasher. Both the plate and the bowl bent out of shape after going thru their first ever wash cycle.

Answer:	According to the manufacturers information, the plate, cup and bowl are made from 100% polypropylene and the utensils are made from 100% lexan. Polypropylene should be bisphenol A (BPA) free because BPA is not used in the synthesis of polypropylene. However, lexan (a polycarbonate which is usually synthesized from BPA and phosgene) would likely not be BPA free.

Answer:	I believe they're BPA free, but I have not micro-waved them. We bought them because it was Girl Scout requirement for my daughter, but I would not (personally) use them for camping. I prefer enamel-ware or something more durable. I think they'd be fine because they're BPA free, but as with any plastic, avoid overheating your food or it WILL melt. Hope this helps.

Question:	I have never cleaned the jets in my tub. I have run it 3 times and there is less but still brown junk coming out. How many times should I do it
Answer:	It cleans the jets and piping of your Jacuzzi or other jetted tub. Easy to follow directions. Make certain you use Packet #1 first as per the directions. Whole process doesn't take too long. FWIW, I've used it both after soaking in tub and not doing so, just filling tub up high enough. I haven't noticed any problems with the latter method.

Answer:	15" would work as long as you allow the black cable to bow-out a little extra. Also worth noting, the over-flow drain requires a tub with the standard 2.25" to 2.5" round hole.

Question:	Do you unwrap pod before putting in water
Answer:	Hello, No you don't need to unwrap the pod before putting into the water all you do is fill the tub up an inch above the water then turn the water off and turn your jets on then toss one pod into the water and it will dissolve in a few seconds, the pod is made of a film called PVA and it designed to dissolve in water this way you don't have to measure and liquids out and possibly spilling them or coming into contact with the chemical its self. Answer:	Hi Connie,SpaKleen whirlpool jetted bath cleaner has ten water soluble pods in the zip lock pouch, all you need to do it fill your tub up to 1" above the highest jet with water, when tub is full turn on the jets and open all air switches if your tub has them, drop in one SpaKleen water soluble pod into the water and let the jets run for 15 minutes, when that time is up just drain the tub, wipe down the sides with a cloth and fresh tap water from the tubs faucet and your done. Do not double dose or tub might foam over. More is not better in this situation. Foaming will occur and you will see the debris (Bio-film, Hair, Body Oils, and Body fats) from inside the tubs circulating system dislodge and collect on top of the foam and around the edges of the tub. This is how you know that SpaKleen is working. You do not have to fill the tub up again and flush out. The best way to apply the SpaKleen product is after you have used the tub, as long as you have not added anything into the water while using your jetted bath you can use the water you soaked in so you don't have to drain it and fill it up again. This will save you money on your water bill. If you put any bath beads or oils to soak in the SpaKleen product will be fighting the other products in the water and not work on the build up inside the jets, pipes and pump where it clings to. Question:	So is this for cleaning the jets of bacteria and buildup
Answer:	I cannot imagine the Oh Yuk causing the leak as it does not seem to have any harsh chemicals...I have gotten it on my skin during the cleaning process and had NO burning or rashy reaction and I have terribly sensitive skin. However, the OYuk may have cleaned off the gunk that was sealing and "hiding" the leak in the pipe, but I doubt it ate the pipe and caused the problem. I have had NO problems after using Oh Yuk but certainly have had good results--NO black flecks in the tub water and NO pinkish-red mold growing in the tub since using this product. This is by far the best cleaner I've used in our jetted tub and I tried everything from bleach and dishwasher detergent concoctions to several commercial products that did not take care of the biofilm problem. Oh Yuk is the ONLY effective product I have used successfully.
Question:	does this product dissinfect too
Answer:	Gufaith is made of food-grade melamine,Unbreakable BPA Free. It's suitable for dishwashers but not for microwaves. Using melamine in microwaves will shorten the product's life and cause it to crack easily, but it will not explode.
Question:	Is this product safe for septic systems
Answer:	I bought these dishes last year and they are my "every day" dishes so I always put them in the dishwasher for cleaning. No fading or cracking on them has occurred for me. I also place cooked food into the bowls and plates of this set and then put them into my convection oven to keep those foods warm while I finish cooking other foods so that all the food is hot when served. I frequently put the salad/sandwich plates in my microwave oven to cook or heat up food/liquids. I've had no problems with this set of dishes.

Answer:	Yes. In comparison to my cheap Target dishes (only 1 of which has chipped after 8 years) 3 mugs have lost their handles and 1 bowl has been chipped from our Gibson Elite dishes (after 3 years). They do chip relatively easily.
