Answer:	Interesting question, back in the day antennas were how people got TV in their entire houses. Just like cable and satellite you have to connect the antenna to a splitter if you want to connect more than one TV. Answer:	Hello! We're sorry to hear that your reservoir is stuck, and we'd like to offer a few tips to help. We recommend using two hands to pull the reservoir up from the body evenly on all sides. If that does not work, try placing it on the counter and letting it come back to room temperature. This works because the tank expands slightly and the water displaces as it warms up, allowing the reservoir to be slightly looser. You can also place your finger between the reservoir and the pitcher in the spout area to aid removal. Answer:	how old is your unit? Change filters once a month, check for dust buildup in your fan unit. This will cause the unit to shut down due to poor circulation and overheating. Also, I have discovered that you cannot have other accessories running at the same time on a 15 amp outlet or it will trip a breaker. Question:	Does this pitcher come with a filter, or do I need to buy the filter seperately
Answer:	As the others said: this water is for use with already treated water (thats basically what potable means). It cannot be used in a camping setting to make water safe (so no, it wont remove bacteria), but is best used with already filtered water to filter it further. Personally, I like using the filtered water from my fridge, which rates a 150mp, instead of the tapwater, rates 220 mp, to further filter it to 0mp. Also, the smaller mp water youre entering into the filter, the longer the filter should last.
Question:	Just arrived. i don't see anywhere on the packaging that it is bpa free. how do your know that it is? other than that it says so on amazon
Answer:	I "strangled" the filter like the ZeroWater helpline person advised to remove air from the filter - but it still stops half way full. I think it is cause the filter is down in the water too far. I don't think it is the snug airtight fit. I doubt there is anyway to fill the 23 cup reservoir. I am trying a thin piece of plastic to make sure it isn't the airtight issue. Will report back
Question:	How do I get the reservoir out of the 5 cup metro pitcher
Answer:	I am on my 2nd filter. I got the little universal ones to try in my current pitcher. The first one lasted about two weeks before the awful smell came. The 2nd one started smelling on day TWO. I can even taste it in the water. I have spring water and it reads at 174. The filter takes it down to 00 but it's not worth it for me to have my whole fridge smelling like this. Going back to my standard. Sorry zero water.

Answer:	My CO-Z the start button worked about 4 times then stopped altogether. I sent ours back an ordered another one it was cheaper but the starter button was better than the one I got from Banyon. We got a Mophorn pure water distiller it cost only $73.88 the start button it was better. We have not had a problem with this one.

Answer:	I personally did a test to compare the difference in the regular tap water and the filtered water.. sadly there is not much of a good enough difference for me.. I still saw fluoride and other salt particles while using the filtered water..
