Answer:	We will be happy to clarify this. The moisture in the packages is left over from the pasteurizing the filters go through before they are packaged. Sometimes, the superheated steam gets trapped in the packaging and condenses back into water as it cools. These filters will be perfectly safe for use as they are still sterile inside of the packaging. Answer:	The 3 1/4 inches refers to the diameter of the flush valve, not the diameter of the flapper. You need to install a new flush valve if you are using the standard one which is smaller. This is a high quality flapper which should last for many years. Mine lasted more than 10 years before it lost its firmness and became more difficult to flush. Good luck!

Question:	I just opened up two filters out of their silver wrapper and they were WET, is this right
Answer:	I do not know. Suggest you email seller and ask them.
Question:	Do these filters come in original PUR packaging (blue box), or do they come in a generic brown box
Answer:	The toilet I used it in is marked CST604CEFG inside the tank. The Korky fill valve has worked fine in that toilet. Under the tank lid there should be a sticker that shows the fill valves used in the various Toto toilets. If you can determine that your toilet and mine use the same fill valve specified by Toto, then I suspect this one would work in your unit. Hope this helps.
Question:	When i open the pur filter from the bag, I notice water dripping out from it? Does that happen to anyone else
Answer:	I do not know. There are some variations and we looked carefully at the Korky site to match our toilet to the Toto filler valve. Suggest you do the same.

Answer:	I don't know, but don't buy it. It is impossible to change the filter. I made the mistake of buying 2 extra replacement filters and now I have to trash the whole thing. I have a well, so no fluoride issues.

Answer:	What do you mean "faster pour" and "slower pour"? Are you referring to how fast or slow you POUR the water out?? Yes, it removes lead. I've been using these filters for a long time. I even give my pets filtered water so they won't get calcium deposits in their kidneys as they get older. My pets get clean, filtered water--just like me. The water tastes MUCH better than what comes out of the tap.
Question:	Are these the lead filters or the basic filters

Question:	Is there a replacement filter or do i get a whole new one
Answer:	I've used them for many years. They never used to come wet. Once I got a wet one, and PUR told me to not use it because it was damaged & refunded my money. But recently I bought a 6 pack and every one was very wet and carbon was everywhere. I called PUR and she said they were fine & refused to give me a refund. I reminded her that the box states that they guarantee a 30 day refund, no questions asked. She just repeated that she would not give me a refund a few more times, then hung up on me. There are many better products out there. I'm taking my $ to buy a different system. Better product, better service - no brainer!
Question:	Is it compatible with other pur faucet filter models
Answer:	I bought a 3 pack of amazon, they arrived in the pur packaging and I went to depo a few month later and bought a zero filter jug. It came with a digital test stick, I tested the water and it was reading 047 and when I looked at the chart for the New York area the readings were just that fir non filtered water so the filter was doing nothing. I filtered the water through the jug and took a second reading and it was 000. So that tells me these filters are useless. The red light even comes on after I ran it through for 5 minutes like it says to do. So save your money and buy the filters in depo or target or where ever but not on amazon. They fake
Question:	Lights have stopped working how do i know when to change
Answer:	saw a post about this on PUR's facebook page, their official answer is: finding water in the packaging and on the replacement cartridge is completely normal. It comes from the pasteurization process which preserves your filter so that it effectively removes contaminants from your tap water whenever you open it. So, even if it sits on your shelf for a few months before you install a replacement, you can trust it is working as effectively as the day it was manufactured and packaged.

Answer:	Yes, the 3 pack has the extremely slow filtering issue. Like a couple drops per second at best. Slows down even more once the water in the tank goes down a bit. Lots of suggestions that don't work here on a brand new stopped up filter. It isn't just settling of the contents. Really, this defect is a design issue, and Pur had better get around to fixing it. Nothing like buying a 3 pack and not getting even one filter to work. Save your receipt and return it! Send a message.
